Happy to report an officer was dispatched so efforts were not wasted. 🙏🏼 Even PETA reached back out to me…all to help a pigeon who was cruelly and illegally trapped and caged for some sicko’s entertainment. #bekindtoanimals

Well now that I’ve called the precinct, 311, animal control, the nearest fire house, the wild bird fund & finally 911- I was able to have a report made and hopefully someone is dispatched to help this animal who some sick ass man is holding hostage. wtf is wrong with ppl 😡
