It’s harder for young people to buy a house today because people are waiting longer to get married. In 1985, men married on average at age 25 and women at 23. Today, men marry on average at age 30 and women at age 28. Of course it’s harder for a single person to afford a house.

From 1990-2002, I spent a lot of time in Europe on business. A couple of months each year. It was a wonderful place. I spent the most time in Germany. Great people, great businesses. I wish all the best for Europe!
For the elderly and families facing how to care for the elderly, I am hoping that Elon Musk's autonomous cars and robots will greatly help. When I'm old, if a robot can assist me and a car can drive me, that will be great.

For many X posts, my high school debate class would have dogged the posters mercilessly. Flawed logic, ad hominem attacks. Grade school stuff. X also has some brilliant stuff.
It would be nice to have two types of X posts. Those who are interested in serious debate and those who are just trolling—saying stupid things to get a reaction.
So you have two choices. Either you can sort through all the conflicting bs on X and other media to reach a determination about what is true, or you can trust in some entity (Democratic party, CCP-backed groups etc.) to tell you what is true. I’m not saying it’s easy, it’s not.

When I debated in high school and college, if you attacked your opponent personally (ad hominem), you were severely marked down by the judges. You quickly learned to debate the facts.
Yet ad hominem attacks seem the standard today, and nothing is resolved. Let's do better.
