Why do you people attribute "SUCCESS" to "RELIGION"? Someone bought an AMG and y'all been saying "me wey dey pray 5x daily seff no get keke" e.t.c Brother, "prosperity" is not "religious". You can have the same update the guy has and still not be able to create wealth.

What if changing your account's security didn't require changing the entire blockchain? That's one reason I find @Starknet 's programmable accounts interesting. To understand why, we first need to understand what an account does. Whenever you make a transaction on a blockchain, the network needs a way to determine whether you authorised it. Digital signatures help prove that a transaction was authorised by the appropriate account. But cryptography doesn't stand still. As technology advances, some of the mathematical assumptions behind today's security methods may face new challenges. Quantum computing is one reason researchers are investigating alternatives to certain widely used cryptographic methods. Here's where Starknet's account design becomes interesting. On Starknet, accounts are smart contracts. They define the rules used to validate transactions, including how signatures are checked. Because these rules are programmable, developers can implement different signature-verification methods through account logic without requiring a network-wide protocol upgrade. Think about your phone for a moment. Imagine if the security system on your phone could never be updated. Even if a better security method became available, you might have no straightforward way to adopt it. You would be stuck with the original system, regardless of how technology changed. Now imagine that the security mechanism could be updated independently of the entire device infrastructure. That flexibility would give you more options when new security requirements emerged. Programmable accounts offer a related kind of flexibility in blockchain systems. They provide a way for developers to change how an account verifies signatures without requiring the entire network to change its protocol. Why does that matter for Starknet's post-quantum preparations? If a signature method becomes unsuitable for future security requirements, supporting an alternative could be an important part of adapting. Programmable accounts provide a mechanism for introducing different signature-verification methods as part of that process. However, there's a distinction we shouldn't overlook. The ability to introduce a new signature method doesn't mean every existing account automatically adopts it. Existing accounts may need to be migrated or replaced. Wallets must support the relevant methods, keys must be managed securely, and any new implementation needs careful testing. Programmability makes adaptation more flexible, but it doesn't remove every migration challenge. My take is that preparing for future cryptographic threats involves more than finding a stronger security method. It also means thinking about how people and applications can adopt that method without requiring changes to everything around them. That's what makes Starknet's programmable account model worth understanding. It offers flexibility at the account level, which can be valuable as cryptographic requirements evolve. It is one part of preparing for quantum threats, not proof that the entire Starknet network is already quantum-safe. The question I find interesting is this: when security requirements change, how easily can a blockchain's users move to a different method of protecting their accounts? This is one of the reasons why "REAL ESTATE" business is not always the "best" option if you are still in your 30s. Get creative, run a business that can give you good returns in a year or two In your 30s and 40s, do business, not "investments". Don't get me wrong tho, I'm not saying real estate is not good but not best business for young minds. I hope you learn and we all win
You have no business "tying" money down while you are young. You need to be as liquid as possible and make the most of every opportunity while you can and as you get older, you can start placing safe bets and tying money down. They won't teach you this in school. As You Were❤️🦅

What happens if quantum computers become powerful enough to break the security systems blockchains use today? @Starknet is working on ways to prepare for this future. With native account abstraction, users could change to new signature methods without changing their wallet addresses or moving their funds. Starknet also uses STARK proofs, which are based on hashes and could help protect against future quantum threats. Starknet is not fully quantum-safe yet, but preparing early is important. Security is not just about protecting our money today. It's about keeping it safe in the future. 🔐

Think of blockchain security like a lock protecting your money. Today's locks are designed to be difficult to break, but quantum computers could become powerful enough to break some of the methods we currently use to protect digital assets. Here's how @Starknet fits into the picture 👇 1. Quantum computing is a potential threat. Imagine having a strong padlock that would take thousands of years to break with today's tools. Now imagine someone invents a machine that can break it much faster. That's the concern with quantum computing. Powerful enough quantum computers could eventually break some of the cryptography used to secure blockchains and digital wallets. 2. Starknet uses a different approach to security. Starknet uses STARK proofs to help verify transactions without requiring everyone to check every single step themselves. Think of it like showing a receipt that proves you paid for something without having to reveal every detail of how you got the money. Importantly, STARK proofs are designed to rely on cryptographic methods believed to be resistant to quantum attacks. 3. Cryptographic agility means being able to adapt. Imagine your phone's security system becomes outdated. Instead of throwing the entire phone away, you update its security to protect against new threats. Cryptographic agility follows a similar idea: being able to change or upgrade the cryptographic methods a system uses as new threats emerge. This flexibility matters because security standards may need to evolve as quantum computing advances. 4. Why does this matter for Starknet? Quantum computing isn't an immediate threat to every blockchain, and nobody knows exactly when a sufficiently powerful quantum computer will arrive. But preparing early matters. Starknet's use of STARK proofs and its focus on cryptographic adaptability are relevant to building a blockchain that can respond to future security challenges. The big picture: We can't predict every threat that technology will bring, but we can build systems that are better prepared to adapt. That's the idea behind Starknet's approach to a post-quantum future... @KaitoAI
Quantum computing presents a fundamental challenge to blockchain security. Starknet combines cryptographic agility with STARK-based proving to prepare for a post-quantum future. Starknet is built to adapt.

Starknet is starting to look like a much bigger bet than just another Ethereum L2 Over the past few weeks, the conversation around Starknet has changed First it was Bitcoin liquidity and strkBTC Then privacy became a bigger part of the story Now the community is researching whether Starknet should eventually become an independent, post-quantum L1 That combination is what makes Starknet interesting to me right now Because this isn't simply about changing the label from L2 to L1 It's about asking what Starknet wants to become A network securing its own infrastructure A ZK network bringing Bitcoin liquidity onchain A privacy-focused environment for assets and applications And potentially a blockchain designed around cryptographic assumptions that can survive far beyond today's computing environment The L1 conversation is still research, not a confirmed migration And that's important But the fact that the community is even seriously debating it tells you something about where Starknet's ambitions are heading The next question isn't whether Starknet can build another feature It's whether all these pieces can come together into a network with its own strong identity That's the part I'm watching Because Starknet may be moving from "Ethereum scaling solution" to "what can we build if we control more of the stack?" That is a much bigger conversation
ZK still prevalent and the L1 discussion is something to pay attention duly The talks and reactive price action only speaks more to how positive news can birth green candles @Starknet have proven long term can be built and Evm shall win

In my opinion, @Starknet’s L1 exploration is basically “we want more control over when we can change core security pieces.”

There is actually something interesting about @Starknet In August 2026, an experimental account using a post-quantum signature made a transfer on Starknet mainnet. It was unaudited and not production-ready, but it showed something important.
Starknet is exploring something bigger than a quantum security upgrade. On October 22, d community poll closed with 93.52% of voting power supporting research into an independent L1. Why??? More control over its security upgrades instead of depending entirely on ETH’s timeline.

I was setup on the 24th . I was sick and someone I thought is my friend said she wants to send me a package. She knew I left my former location and traveled for break.. I sent her my address as she said she wanted to send me a get well soon package. This acct @Wchellebaby I noticed the rider was sus, so I got pissed and blocked the number and said I don't want anymore. She kept pleading I said I will send her money back. Not knowing this girl was trying to get an unknown person to find my location and take me away. I was even pissed that I was stressed not knowing she was setting me up with some unknown guys and this girl was begging me to step out of the house that there is a package.

One thing that kills a web3 bro is assumption. The past few months in web3 has thought me these things: > Never assume for any team: If they did not promise a reward, it means there's no reward! > If there's no "CLEAR" reward statement, don't stay there > The only money that's yours is the one in your local bank account > The real value of the work you did is the payment already made, the promised one is audio and might not be real > If something looks off, it's definitely because it's off! > Hold on to your conviction.

I’ve been learning more about @Starknet, and there’s more to it than just scalability. Starknet is an Ethereum Layer 2 that uses STARK proofs to help make transactions faster and cheaper while benefiting from Ethereum’s security. With Cairo, account abstraction, and room for developers to build across DeFi, gaming, and more, Starknet has some interesting technology worth paying attention to. But the recent L1 discussion is what really caught my attention. 👀 $STRK jumped from $0.049 to $0.123 before falling back to $0.055. Now, 99.96% of the governance vote supports exploring the move to L1. The catch? Around 94% of the voting power came from STRK delegated by the Starknet Foundation to just 41 addresses. And this vote isn't approval to become an L1. It's only about researching the possibility. A real transition would require another vote. Interesting technology, big questions, and a governance process worth watching. Still learning about Starknet. Let's see where this goes... @KaitoAI

Another day to tell you about @Starknet's vision of having its own layer1 blockchain. Stay with meee (Dey we meee) Imagine knowing your house needs a security upgrade but you have to wait for the entire neighborhood to agree first, sounds cringe lol that’s roughly the situation @Starknet is exploring. Even if they harden their own cryptography, some pieces of the stack still depend on how fast Ethereum moves. Having the option to move on their own timeline is what they’re studying, not because Ethereum is unsafe but its just for more flexibility if threats show up earlier than expected. In this space, it's good to prepare for threats than wait for them to occur because the consequences cos more than the preparation. Stark it.
