Hey Crypto Fam. It’s May, and I’ve been thinking a lot about what Mental Health Awareness Month really means before writing this post. 💚 So it’s not just a hashtag or a calendar event, it’s a reminder that we’re all carrying something, aren’t we? Some days, I wake up and feel like I can handle anything, and others, it’s like the world’s pressing down on my chest. I bet you’ve felt that too. And that’s okay. It’s okay to not be okay and to just need a break. Your mind deserves that peace once in a while. I’ve learned the hard way that if something is poisoning your peace of mind, you’ve got to protect yourself if you want to make it. Walk away, even if it’s a hard choice to make. Remember, you are not weak for choosing your well-being, you’re brave. And speaking of online, I get so tired of seeing people tear each other apart in comments or DMs. Bullying isn’t just a kid thing, it’s real, and it cuts deep, no matter how old you are. Can we just choose to lift each other up instead? A kind word can change someone’s whole day, and remember, most of the people tearing you down would never ever say it to you in person. True keyboard warriors. If you are feeling overwhelmed, you don’t have to carry it all alone. Talk to someone you trust, touch some grass, or reach out for help if you’re struggling. I’ve done it, and it’s not always easy, but it’s worth it. So, this month, let’s promise to be gentle with ourselves and each other. Keep going, keep feeling, and know you’re never as alone as you think. ❤️ #MentalHealthMatters #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth
