Chinese new passenger car brands saw their share of the W-European new BEV passenger car market fall to just 8.3% of the total regional BEV market during August, according to the latest research of the European Electric Car Study published by #SchmidtAutomotiveResearch each month
After nine months this year, 🇬🇧 is within 6,500 units of becoming 🇪🇺's largest BEV market, according to Schmidt Automotive Research using industry data.
The introduction of the ZEV mandate has boosted UK BEV volumes.
During the same time last year it trailed 🇩🇪 by 149K units.
Chinese passenger car brands fell at a far faster rate than an already sluggish total regional W-European car market in August...
