I’m failing to see how last nights Q&A is a negative and it makes things worse? To be fair folk are talking about podcasters with noses out of joint but I listened to @ACSOMPOD today and @PaulJohnDykes said it’s was positive but it needs much more. I think that’s fair.

That’s a really good and difficult question to answer! The process of recruitment being explained from start to finish by MN was interesting to hear compared to what we’ve seen. Apparently we do have a recruitment team that’s been recruited and not been publicised due to safety!
Couple bits about this. The audience were members of the biggest csc along with local buses from Greenock port Glasgow and Largs. course it’s a controlled format but no compère. It was a mic passed around a room with no restriction. The meeting was a positive but more is needed!

Desmond’s part was covered in my timeline briefly but not beholden and barely see him. Oh and back to the Scottish cup they were asked to consider telling the sfa to ram the cup and competition. But there are no other avenues. Clubs view is want to win cups so that’s the position

So recruitment of a new manager was discussed and why it was Martin. The ground was mentioned and they said they would be investing in it. Banning of fans wasn’t discussed. Away ticket allocations not discussed. The sfa challenge was discussed and Cas isn’t in the rules

There were no minutes as far as I know. There was no agenda. It was an open Q&A session. Lack of coaching wasn’t raised but I suspect there would have been more on this had Mon not showed up. There is incredible respect for Martin and rightly so and maybe they knew that.
Damned if you do and damned if you don’t comes to mind today at times.
