What we all witnessed (in person, no less) is a low in the program. I am just as frustrated as the rest of gator nation. I know it’s been a long and rough road, 15 years! We need a return to the Gator standard of excellence we saw under the Spurrier and Meyer leadership. I agree we need to completely rebuild and get the Gator name back on the national stage.
The positive is that if any program can bounce back fast, it's UF....under the right leadership. See 1989 versus 1990, see 2004 versus 2006.
…”but if we fire Napier, we lose Lagway”. Comment heard most frequently from fans on firing Napier.
Napier may be 20-22 after tonight. Dont want to lose Lagway but Napier has to go even if we lose Lagway!

Billy Napier in 4 years at Florida:
20-20 Overall Record
10-14 SEC Record
6 Losses to UR teams
Zero Wins over Georgia (0-3)
Losing Record vs FSU, LSU, and Tennessee (1-2 vs all 3)
4 Ranked Wins
2 Losing Seasons
1-1 Bowl Record
Nappier is 20-20 at UF in year 4. Quit making excuses. He is not the coach for Florida. A good coach can compete for the SEC in year 2. A great coach can compete for NC in year 3. Year 4 and this is his product and his players!
