What can we expect in the coming days and weeks?
Financial results for Q2 are coming in, but the market is not reacting positively. I believe most investors are sitting on considerable losses. I am currently down 28% overall, with individual counters showing losses ranging from 14% to 55%. Therefore, a strong recovery is needed just to break even.
I cannot see many positive factors at the moment, as the Middle East crisis continues to drag on. The Budget is also approaching, and it is normal for the market to slow down during this period.
The ASI is currently at 19,700. I cannot identify any clear support levels nearby, but I expect the market to stabilise around this area and move sideways, fluctuating around the 20,000 mark. If the ASI manages to break above 20,520, we could see another rally towards the end of 2026.
