EX POST!™ OCTOBER 31, 2026 AFTERNOON EDITION TRUMP’S ARCH ENEMY Judge Chutkan questions the rush to build Trump’s towering monument near Arlington National Cemetery. President Donald Trump’s proposed 250-foot triumphal arch is facing pointed questions in federal court, where Judge Tanya Chutkan is considering whether to halt construction while a legal challenge proceeds. At an October 30 hearing, Chutkan questioned why the administration needed to move ahead immediately, asking: “What’s the rush to put this arch up?” She also challenged its national-security justification for the project. The hearing report did not establish that she had issued a new injunction. THE FIGHT OVER CONGRESSIONAL APPROVAL Three veterans and a retired architectural historian are challenging the proposed structure at Memorial Circle, between Arlington National Cemetery and the Lincoln Memorial. They argue that the administration cannot proceed without congressional authorization. The administration counters that a 1925 law authorizing Arlington Memorial Bridge also provides authority for the arch. The challengers dispute that interpretation. They want construction blocked while the court determines whether the project can legally proceed. A NOVEMBER 5 START? The administration has notified the court that construction could begin as early as November 5, contingent on final approvals and required notification. That possibility gives the dispute urgency: opponents want a judicial decision before work begins altering the site. Planning approval, they contend, does not resolve the separate question of whether Congress has authorized the structure. THE NATIONAL-SECURITY ARGUMENT The administration has also presented the arch as having defensive functions, including provisions for drones. According to Associated Press reporting, Chutkan questioned that rationale, while the government’s attorney lacked details about the defensive plans. A 106-page project plan submitted that day did not mention drones or defense. Describing a monument as a security project does not, by itself, explain its legal authority or establish why construction must begin immediately. WHAT THE COURT HAS DONE Chutkan previously imposed advance-notice requirements concerning work at the site. The challengers are now seeking a preliminary injunction—a temporary order preventing construction while the lawsuit proceeds. Her pointed questioning signals scrutiny. It is not a final ruling declaring the project unlawful or permanently stopping it. THE QUESTION BEFORE THE BULLDOZERS The dispute reaches beyond the appearance or size of Trump’s proposed monument. Can the administration begin transforming a prominent national memorial landscape under the authority it claims, or must it first obtain additional authorization from Congress? Presidents can propose monuments. Whether they have satisfied the legal requirements to build them is a question for the courts. That question deserves an answer before construction makes the decision harder to undo. ❦ Follow on X.com: @ExPostMedia EX POST!™ — Nobody Does What We Do. #TrumpArch #JudgeChutkan #ArlingtonNationalCemetery #ExecutivePower #ExPost

You don’t “love” your country. What is your country to you—the land? The flag? Or the people who live here? You cannot claim to love America while treating entire groups of Americans as enemies. Naturalized citizens are your fellow countrymen, too. Their citizenship is just as real as yours. When you promote racism and xenophobia, sow division and hatred, and applaud violence against your fellow Americans, what exactly are you claiming to love? Where is that concern for American lives when they’re sacrificed in an unnecessary war? If that’s your definition of loving your country, you don’t understand the meaning of love.

MAGA’s attempt to gerrymander its way to victory appears to be backfiring. They redrew the maps to protect their power—and now they’re scrambling to defend seats they thought they’d secured. You can manipulate district lines, but you can’t redraw public anger.

EX POST!™ OCTOBER 31, 2026 SPECIAL REPORT ICE OFFICER INDICTED AFTER SUV STRIKES FLEEING MAN An immigration pursuit in Houston has become a felony assault case after an ICE officer struck a fleeing man with an unmarked SUV. A Harris County grand jury indicted ICE officer Mario Alberto Morales on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. The indictment was announced October 30, nearly three weeks after the collision that hospitalized Miguel Parra-Hernandez. The October 10 encounter unfolded near Clay Road and Highway 6. Surveillance video shows Parra-Hernandez leaving a pickup truck and running through a shopping center parking lot. An ICE SUV follows and appears to turn toward him before the collision. ICE initially said Parra-Hernandez ran in front of the vehicle. Harris County District Attorney Sean Teare disputes that account and says the strike was intentional. Authorities released body-camera footage and the officer’s 911 call when announcing the indictment. The newly released recordings have intensified scrutiny of both the collision and the agency’s explanation. Reuters reports that Morales told the emergency operator he had been following the man and that the man hit his vehicle. Parra-Hernandez, 48, suffered a broken leg and remains in federal custody at a rehabilitation facility, according to the Associated Press. His attorney says his injuries also include nerve damage and chronic pain. ICE acknowledges that Parra-Hernandez was not the intended target of the operation. His attorneys also dispute the agency’s identification of the other man traveling with him. Morales’ attorney denies that he committed a crime, and ICE maintains that the collision was unintentional. The indictment is an accusation; guilt has not been established. A man was seriously injured. An officer now faces prosecution. The public deserves a full accounting of what happened—and whether the agency’s initial explanation withstands the evidence. ❦ Follow on X.com: @ExPostMedia Nobody Does What We Do. #ICE #Houston #Accountability #ExPost

EX POST!™ OCTOBER 31, 2026 THIS IS WHAT DEMOCRATS DO THEY FUNDED SAFER WATER—AND GOT LEAD PIPES OUT OF THE GROUND When Democrats win, people win. A parent should not have to wonder whether the water used to fill a child’s cup has passed through a lead pipe. Under President Joe Biden, Democrats made removing that danger a national investment—and communities began seeing results. THE MONEY The 2021 Bipartisan Infrastructure Law committed $15 billion specifically to identifying and replacing lead service lines. It required 49% of that dedicated funding to reach disadvantaged communities as grants or forgivable loans, helping communities that could otherwise struggle to afford the work. THE RESULTS By October 2024, the Biden administration reported that more than 367,000 lead pipes had been replaced nationwide since Biden took office, benefiting approximately 918,000 people. Those were completed replacements—not merely promises. The nationwide total included work financed through multiple sources. In Benton Harbor, Michigan, all lead service lines had been replaced within two years, with $18 million from the American Rescue Plan helping fund the effort. Edgerton, Wisconsin, had replaced all its known lead pipes with support from the infrastructure law. THE VOTES Biden signed the infrastructure law after it passed a Democratic-controlled Congress. In the House, 215 Democrats and 13 Republicans voted yes. Two hundred Republicans and six Democrats voted no. Some Republicans helped pass it, and they deserve credit. But the overwhelming majority of House Republican members opposed it. THE HUMAN DIFFERENCE These projects remove a source of lead exposure from the water families use every day. They also put people to work rebuilding essential infrastructure. The work was not finished nationwide. But money had been committed, pipes had been replaced, and entire communities had completed their replacements. That is a record worth remembering. That is what Democrats do. ❦ Follow @ExPostMedia on X.com #ExPost #ThisIsWhatDemocratsDo #CleanWater #Infrastructure #BidenRecord

The census is a population count, not a voter-registration list. The Fourteenth Amendment says “the whole number of persons in each State”—not just citizens. It helps determine congressional representation, district boundaries and where resources are needed. Communities need accurate numbers to plan for roads, schools, hospitals and emergency services. Counting someone doesn’t give them citizenship or the right to vote. Excluding residents doesn’t make them disappear; it makes the count less accurate. Calling that “Democrats cheating” is anti-immigrant fearmongering dressed up as an argument about the census.

A MAGA hat proves someone supports Trump. It doesn’t make him more American than anyone else. You use “patriot” the way you use “Christian”: as a badge of superiority, dividing people into those you approve of and those you look down on. You don’t own love of country. And nobody owes you a performance of patriotism, a religious profession, or political allegiance to belong here. That’s the beauty of America: we can believe differently, worship differently—or not worship at all—and still belong equally. Freedom includes the freedom to reject your politics, your religion, and your definition of a “true American.” Our belonging doesn’t depend on your approval.

EX POST!™ OCTOBER 29, 2026 EVENING EDITION A SPY WARNING. A PRESIDENT WHO DID NOTHING. New York Times report raises alarms over Chinese intelligence access to Nvidia’s chief A suspected Chinese intelligence operative. Access to one of America’s most influential technology executives. A warning reportedly delivered to the president—and no action taken. The New York Times reports that U.S. officials concluded Alice Huang, also known as Huang Le, was passing information to Beijing. Associated with Singapore-based Nvidia customer Megaspeed, she reportedly developed a close relationship with Nvidia CEO and Trump ally Jensen Huang. THE WARNING REACHED TRUMP According to the Times, Trump was briefed approximately a year ago but declined to act. The reporting describes reluctance to disrupt Nvidia’s chip business and complicate relations with China. It also says Jensen Huang had not received a defensive briefing warning him of the alleged threat. These accounts rely on sources discussing classified intelligence. NVIDIA PUSHES BACK Nvidia says Huang’s interactions were routine customer meetings and that customers received neither sensitive trade secrets nor national-security information. Megaspeed says it retained outside counsel to investigate and would cooperate with U.S. authorities. The White House, CIA and NSA declined comment to the Times. THE QUESTIONS WASHINGTON MUST ANSWER Being targeted by an intelligence operation does not establish knowing cooperation. The allegations must be examined carefully. But the reported presidential response demands scrutiny of its own. What protective steps were considered? Why was Huang reportedly left without a warning? And did concerns about corporate sales outweigh a credible intelligence assessment? Protecting American technology requires more than tough talk about China. If this account holds up, the administration owes the public an explanation of how it handled the warning—and why. National security cannot depend on whether taking action might inconvenience a president’s business ally. ❦ EX POST!™ — Nobody Does What We Do. EX POST!™ OCTOBER 28, 2026 THIS WEEK IN BIDEN FOUR YEARS. ONE WEEK. A RECORD OF WORKING FOR AMERICA. A look back at October 22–28 during each year of Joe Biden’s presidency—because Americans deserve to remember what their government was doing for them. 2021 — PUTTING WOMEN’S RIGHTS AND OPPORTUNITY ON THE NATIONAL AGENDA October 22: The Biden-Harris administration released America’s first National Strategy on Gender Equity and Equality, establishing a government-wide agenda addressing economic opportunity, discrimination, gender-based violence, health care, and access to education. The strategy made advancing the rights and opportunities of women and girls an explicit priority across domestic and foreign policy. It was a blueprint for federal action, with implementation still ahead. 2022 — NEARLY $1 BILLION FOR CLEANER SCHOOL BUSES October 26: The administration announced nearly $1 billion in Clean School Bus Program rebate awards for 389 school districts across all 50 states, Washington, D.C., Tribal communities, and U.S. territories. Funded by Biden’s Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, the awards supported replacing aging buses with cleaner models—an investment in children’s health, cleaner air, and the daily trip to school. 2023 — BUILDING AMERICA’S NEXT TECHNOLOGY CENTERS October 23: The Biden-Harris administration designated 31 Regional Technology and Innovation Hubs through a program authorized by the CHIPS and Science Act. The initiative aimed to help regions develop globally competitive industries in fields including biotechnology, semiconductors, clean energy, and advanced manufacturing. The designations marked the program’s first phase, positioning those regions to compete for implementation funding. The goal: give more Americans a chance to build a technological future in their own communities. 2024 — $3.6 BILLION FOR WATER INFRASTRUCTURE October 23: The administration announced $3.6 billion in new funding through Biden’s Bipartisan Infrastructure Law to upgrade water infrastructure and protect communities. It was another installment in the work of repairing essential systems Americans depend on every day. Safe, reliable water requires sustained public investment—and Biden’s administration was putting federal resources behind that responsibility. YEAR AFTER YEAR, THE WORK CONTINUED Women’s rights. Cleaner school transportation. Regional innovation. Water infrastructure. These are snapshots from the same seven calendar days across four years. They show an administration repeatedly using the tools of government to address public needs and invest in America’s future. The record is there. It deserves to be remembered. ❦ EX POST!™ — Nobody Does What We Do. Follow on X.com: @ExPostMedia #ThisWeekInBiden #BidenLegacy #InvestingInAmerica #Infrastructure #ExPostMedia

This is one of the many reasons Trump hates Obama: he’s insanely jealous of him. Obama inspires the love and respect Trump so desperately craves.

EX POST!™ OCTOBER 27, 2026 EVENING EDITION NEW EPSTEIN REPORT. NEW INFORMATION. Raskin Demands an Independent Investigation Into Trump Allegations and Alleged DOJ Cover-Up A new, 53-page report from House Judiciary Committee Democrats puts Donald Trump’s relationship with Jeffrey Epstein under renewed scrutiny—and calls for an independent special counsel to investigate allegations against Trump and Epstein’s other potential accomplices. Released October 26 by Ranking Member Jamie Raskin, the report assembles witness accounts, FBI records and committee interviews involving 11 women. According to its authors, five directly accused Trump of rape or sexual assault in circumstances involving Epstein. These are allegations, not criminal convictions. But their seriousness demands answers. WHAT’S NEW Among the most significant additions is a more detailed account from former Miss Switzerland Beatrice Keul. She told committee staff that Trump raped her in a suite at New York’s Plaza Hotel during a November 1993 pageant. According to her account, Trump offered help with a visa and admission to New York University before the alleged assault. Epstein approached her at the same event and offered travel and accommodations. Keul says Trump subsequently pressured her to remain silent. Trump has not been charged in connection with her allegations; the White House denies them. WHAT THE REPORT BRINGS TOGETHER The document also revisits Stacey Williams’s allegation that Trump groped her while Epstein watched, Jill Harth’s allegations of sexual assault, and FBI accounts describing troubling encounters involving Trump, Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell. The authors argue that the overlapping settings—modeling, pageants, New York and Palm Beach—warrant investigation into possible coordination, rather than treating each account in isolation. QUESTIONS FOR THE JUSTICE DEPARTMENT The report’s other central accusation concerns the government’s handling of the evidence. Judiciary Democrats allege that DOJ withheld relevant records and curtailed investigations. They also highlight Todd Blanche’s questioning of Maxwell, saying he repeatedly steered her away from discussing a survivor whose account implicated Trump. Those are the report’s conclusions, not judicial findings. Raskin is demanding an independent special counsel, complete disclosure to Congress as required by law, and cooperation with state and foreign investigators. THE WHITE HOUSE RESPONSE The White House calls the allegations false and the report politically motivated. This is a Democratic staff report, without Republican endorsement—not a bipartisan committee verdict. But political disagreement cannot resolve factual questions. That requires witnesses, records and investigators free to follow the evidence. The women deserve to be heard. The public deserves a complete accounting. And presidential power should never determine whose allegations receive a serious investigation. ❦ EX POST!™ Nobody Does What We Do.
