Is kusha cold/hot launched? If the former then we can say fragmentation is being addressed and the headache of multiple islands will get solved. Also iirc nasm mr is also cold launched and so is SMART. So only barak 8 and vlsrsam remain hot launched then.

The civilian industrial capabilities and the economy combined have a downstream effect on the military industrial capabilities. Growth of the MIC can not happen without these prerequisites. Growth of the MIC can not happen in isolation sans robust foundation of the former two.
