This route is a little easier to explain,
I have a specific system in place so all the alts correctly go from abs to belly and back without breaking so swapping out one of the alts u might not use as much or at all is a bit easier to do
If u then wanna change the menu name/pic follow this below:
Select the "body alts" menu
Then select which body alt youve changed
Then change the name/pic to whatever
OH if u look for the "BellyBodies" material folder u can swap out the Albedo on any of the originals for ur custom colour.
Below is how youd do so with the tawny alt as an example;
Second pic is first unlocking the shader then second is swapping the albedo out!

Ohh I see and that’s ok, so for his eyelash that should be fine when exported as at some point I made the eyelash uvs asymmetric without having space for them on the other side of the uv map so they should be fine in blender/untiy
It’s not super clear about that so I’ll fix it
