Abstract is Winding Down and broke the whole community’s hearts 💔
Not much point spelling it out: people spent months grinding this trash L2 and its equally scammy portal, burning money on badges and XP for a shot at someday getting a few cents back. I farmed 2,700,000 XP myself. Most are not even counting on profit anymore, just on getting back what they already paid in fees, and even that got blocked.
Yesterday the Pudgy Penguins owner and the team announced they are shutting the chain down on December 15, so withdraw before the deadline or you are left with a clean zero. In practice the team burned through the funding, spun up a pile of gambling apps, squeezed the last money out of people, and is now heading for the exit.
The equally meme part is withdrawing through their bridge. To request a bridge you have to accept the Terms of Service, which quietly say users cannot band together and sue the project, only file individually. They know exactly how to move the money while keeping the legal risk off themselves 😂
Luca should be held responsible and return the funds to all users.
