This could not be clearer. The radical inclusion of @F3Nation is completely counter-cultural to what our current society espouses (including, and maybe especially, the ones screaming the loudest for it).
We will never bend on this point. When we say all, we actually mean it.

TClaps to FIA’s “Chill” for stepping up and demonstrating Female Community Leadership. After 9 yrs I decided not to run for this position, again, and a FIA sister stepped right up to run unopposed. @lake_fia @FiaKirkland @FiAStrong @F3Nation @F3PugetSound @bgawthrop

Question for @F3IronPax regarding 2021 week 3: if EMOM timer goes off in middle of compound rep, do you finish rep before 50yd sprint; finish rep after sprint; or, start rep over after sprint? #f3pugetsound #f3seattle
Labor Day didn’t keep 16 men of @F3PugetSound from posting @ its newest AO (Robinswood Park). We worked hard to finish @F3IronPax Week 1.

**Week 1 Workout**
I was out dominating the crane machine and go carts at Frankie’s Fun Park with my wife and 4 kids while some of you were bitching about the workout being released. Priorities gentlemen.
So stop your whining. Revenge of the Bunnies.
