Today marked the first meeting of the FBISD Student Leadership 101 Cohort!
Students had the opportunity to hear from FBISD Board President Kristin Tassin on leadership and participated in engaging team building activities. Over the next seven months, these future leaders will explore their roles in school and community leadership, as well as volunteer service.
This highly selective program for rising 11th graders received over 300 applicants, with only 36 chosen for the 2024-2025 cohort. Juniors will observe leadership in action, build leadership skills, and engage with local leaders.
Congratulations to our new cohort members—we are so excited to see you grow as leaders!
