I see a bunch of unsupported claims, but not really any logic. The 394 date for the Mass is presumably a reference to the Liturgy of John Chrysostom, but Masses went all the way back to the beginning. E.g. John Martyr wrote about it in the mid 100s. wordonfire.org/articles/cont…

In 1962, Bishop Joseph Rummei of New Orleans forbade from communion three politicians who obstinately opposed school desegregation.
But I suppose that was just a political thing, communion is not a prize for the perfect, and his tax exempt status should have been revoked.
