What a March (madness) day on the links. Got to play with 3 former @NCCAAChamps (Carlos Boozer Duke 2001, Luke Hancock Louisville 2013 & Joel Berry UNC 2017) & they witnessed my first ever ace. You read that correctly. 3 pro athletes in the group and the @ferc nerd made hole in 1

The whole “we don’t trust Trump so we can’t do permitting” thing strikes me as backward. The admin is already doing what you’re worried about without this bill. What it changes is that it gets harder to kill clean energy projects. Not trusting them is the case for passing it!

“This is not in any standard engineering text, government study, industry forecast, or climate model. Why not? Because it’s not a technology; it’s a design method. And few people yet think of design—how you put the pieces together—as a path to speed and scale,” says Amory Lovins, cofounder and chairman emeritus of the @RockyMtnInst, explaining simple design changes to pipes, pumps, engines and other common systems that could significantly reduce global energy consumption.

The FPA requires FERC to be fuel-neutral, and we've approved baseload and renewable interconnection alike on economics, science, and the law. Offshore wind isn't FERC jurisdictional; onshore gen siting is a state call. Permitting bill will give project certainty through admins.

Kentucky not being in top 10 is laugh out loud funny. They have 3 wins that are all better than ND’s best win. Both TN and and Kentucky deserve top 10 ranking. Indiana and ND both shoulda dropped out. Dave Portnoy rankings only rankings that matter

Republicans need to take a page out of @Messina2012’s playbook. Obama’s team used data, analytics, and turnout to overcome an enthusiasm gap and defeat Romney. If Republicans want a fighting chance in the midterms, we need to focus on turning out our voters. @CNN

The US wins on innovation–it only loses when rivals have slave labor & no emissions standards, @SenJohnCurtis said at @ClearPathAction's #NYCW2026 forum. Our hosts grapple with how to have a mutually beneficial China relationship. Listen now: buff.ly/ETNNfEt
Ken Paxton may be a flawed candidate, but Texas is still a Republican state. For Democrats to win, disenchanted Cornyn voters would have to actually vote for Talarico, not just stay home. I’m skeptical that happens.
