Amendment 4 secured 57% of voter support. This is still a historic outcome that demonstrates how the majority of Floridians reject the state’s near-total abortion ban.
We must demand that the FL Legislature repeal the ban.

In Florida both Amendment 3 and 4 have majority support but both with fail because Florida Republicans rigged the system to require 60% to pass citizen initiatives.
They essentially filibustered direct democracy in FL.
