Another $1b extracted from retail traders. Nobody is selling scarce assets. The exchange is liquidating leverage traders by manipulating the dollar price on their centralized order books.

🚨 BITCOIN IS BEING MANIPULATED, AND I HAVE PROOF Everyone is talking about how Bitcoin went down $3,500 in 15 minutes. Everyone’s posting about it… But almost nobody is explaining what actually caused it. Stop staring at the chart. Look at the flows: Within minutes, wallets tied to Coinbase, Binance, Wintermute, and ETF-linked addresses all became active simultaneously. Large blocks moving between exchanges. MASSIVE market sells hitting thin order books. Why? To trigger PANIC, liquidate longs, and pull new shorts into the market. Here’s what really happened: – Liquidity was thin – Leverage was heavily stacked – Funding was already stretched So price gets pushed lower aggressively. But here’s the part almost nobody is watching: On November 27, one of the BIGGEST Bitcoin options expiries of the month hits. And the level insiders are watching is $74,700. That is where the manipulation gets interesting. They push Bitcoin lower. Liquidate longs. Trigger panic. Force retail to short the breakdown. And drag price toward $74,700 before expiry. WHY? Because that is where the options positioning becomes most profitable for the players already on the right side of the trade. Insiders opened the positions first. Then they move the market toward the level they need. And once November 27 passes? The pressure disappears. The manipulation is finished. And Bitcoin is free to continue higher. That is why I’m watching $74,700 more closely than ANY other level right now. And insiders don’t have to choose one side. They can attack both: Push Bitcoin lower. Liquidate longs. Trigger panic. Pull new shorts into the market. Make everyone believe the bull run is OVER. Then, once retail starts panic-selling and the leverage is gone… BUY THE SAME BITCOIN BACK CHEAPER. If you’re new to this market, understand one thing: Bitcoin almost never makes violent moves like this because of headlines alone. It moves toward liquidity. Watch funding rates. Watch open interest. Watch the liquidation map. Reminder: I called the Bitcoin top at $126,000 and told you to start buying again around $60,000. The next call will matter even more. When I EXIT the markets completely, I’ll post it here publicly like I always do. Turn notifications on. If you’re not following yet, you’ll understand why that was a mistake later.

JUST IN: 🇺🇸 The SEC keeps moving on crypto without Congress, adding 3 new answers on who controls a crypto network. Under the new guidance: 1. Token holders voting on a network generally don’t count as a “central party,” unless they’re affiliated or agree to act together. 2. A central party “oversees participation” if it can control access at the protocol, validator or user level. 3. A network being “functional” (its token actually works on it) is different from being “decentralized” (no one controls it). It’s the SEC’s latest crypto move since the CLARITY Act failed a Senate vote 49 to 50 on Sept 15: - Sept 17: an exemption for trading tokenized US stocks on blockchain venues - Sept 25: a crypto FAQ on how securities laws apply to tokens - Oct 1: a proposal on how investment advisers and funds can hold crypto
It's OVER. The SEC and CFTC are done waiting for the CLARITY Act. Regulators have now made at least 9 moves to build crypto rules without Congress. 1. SEC Crypto Task Force - define what is and is not a security 2. Project Crypto - modernize SEC rules for onchain markets 3. SEC-CFTC crypto guidance - classify crypto assets into clearer categories 4. SEC-CFTC harmonization MOU - reduce overlap between the two agencies 5. Joint Harmonization Initiative - create shared rules for crypto firms 6. CFTC Innovation Task Force -speed up crypto and blockchain market rules. 7. CFTC crypto FAQs - clarify how registered firms can use blockchain 8. SEC Innovation Exemption - allow tokenized US stocks to trade onchain 9. CFTC proposed crypto market rule - create a formal framework for crypto asset markets Crypto may now move forward without CLARITY Act.

Breaking 🚨; This is Massive from Tech News ⚡️🔥 Elon Musk is becoming the BIGGEST HEADACHE for Brussels bureaucrats 🔥 🇪🇺 EU Official at 2:00 PM: “Musk is ignoring our platform compliance rules. We backed his ventures for years. When European regulations demanded compliance, he walked away. Unacceptable.” 🚀 Elon Musk at 8:00 PM: “The EU does not dictate the future of global innovation or free expression. Our platforms will not bend to overreaching bureaucratic censorship. We build for humanity, not for political oversight in Brussels.” 🔥🔥 Spine is so strong that it refuses to bow down 💪🔥. Massive Respect 👌

BIP-110 mandatory signaling starts at block 961,632 (~Aug 8–9). Here’s what actually happens to your coins. First: what this is. Nodes running BIP-110 will start rejecting blocks that don’t signal support. Miner signaling is ~2.6%. The other ~97% keeps mining as normal. So enforcing nodes follow a slower minority chain while the main chain continues untouched. If you hold in self-custody: Nothing happens to your coins. Your keys still control the same UTXOs on every chain that exists. Coins created before activation are permanently exempt from the new rules. You don’t need to do anything. If you hold on an exchange (Coinbase, Kraken, River, Strike, etc.): You hold an IOU, not coins. That’s true today and it’s true during a fork. Expect exchanges to pause deposits and withdrawals around the window that’s them being careful, not a sign of trouble. If a minority chain persists, each custodian decides independently whether to credit or support it. Most won’t. If there IS a split: You keep your coins on both chains automatically. You lose nothing. Transactions confirmed during the split are only as final as the chain they land on, which is exactly why you don’t transact during the window. If there ISN’T a split (most likely): Nothing. Blocks keep coming every ~10 min. You never notice. WHAT TO DO: → Move coins to self-custody if you feel comfortable doing so, before the window or after. Not during. → Verify your seed backup works → Then sit still WHAT NOT TO DO: → Don’t transact during the window if you can avoid it. Wait 48–72h after activation, then use deep confirmations. → Don’t use any “fork claim” tool. Ever. → Don’t enter your seed phrase anywhere. Fork events are scammer season, phishing is the only real threat to your bitcoin in all of this. Good Luck 👍🏻 🍀

The biggest problem in finance isn’t risk. It’s friction. For 200 years, capital has been trapped by slow settlement, idle collateral, and human bottlenecks. By 2026, that breaks. Why a $16 TRILLION unlock is coming as: • Settlement goes T+0 • Stablecoins become programmable money • AI agents remove the human latency This isn’t “crypto.” It’s a plumbing upgrade to global capital markets. 🧵👇 or read the full piece here:visserlabs.substack.com/p/th…

🇺🇸🇨🇳 TESLA PATENTED THE HOLY GRAIL OF LITHIUM REFINING, AND CHINA'S ENTIRE CHOKEHOLD IS CRACKING Tesla's new patent isn't an improvement. It's a full execution of the old lithium refining model. They figured out how to generate the soda ash reagent on-site from the CO2 waste produced during calcination, turning the biggest emissions into the exact chemical needed for the leach process. Result: - ~30% lower refining costs - 0 hazardous sodium-sulfate waste - Near-0 external soda ash purchases - Massive reduction in energy and water use This is the refinery equivalent of discovering how to turn exhaust fumes into gasoline while you're driving. China controls 60% of global lithium refining and almost all soda ash supply chains; they’ve been weaponizing both for years. Tesla built the bypass. Every other lithium producer is now officially obsolete. Tesla batteries are about to get even cheaper, even greener, and completely independent of Beijing's mood swings. The rare metals war just g

Yes, @jpmorgan issued a bearish research note today (November 21, 2025) warning that @MicroStrategy (#MSTR, now rebranded as Strategy) faces potential exclusion from major equity indices like the MSCI USA Index due to its massive #Bitcoin holdings (649,870 BTC, comprising ~99% of its enterprise value). This could trigger forced selling by passive funds, with JPMorgan estimating $2.8 billion in outflows from MSCI-tracking funds alone—or up to $8.8 billion to $11.6 billion if providers like Nasdaq 100 and Russell follow suit. The bank attributes MSTR's recent 40% monthly stock plunge (to ~$173) and divergence from Bitcoin's performance more to these index risks than to crypto market weakness, noting that ~$9 billion of its $59 billion market cap is held by passive index vehicles. This has fueled widespread FUD in crypto circles, with Michael @saylor pushing back on X by insisting Strategy "is not a fund, not a trust, and not a holding company," and community posts labeling it as manufactured panic to drive down prices for accumulation. JPMorgan's history of Bitcoin skepticism (e.g., past calls for regulation and bear markets) adds to perceptions of targeted negativity toward MSTR's leveraged BTC strategy.

Most people don’t know that Tesla has had an advanced AI chip and board engineering team for many years. That team has already designed and deployed several million AI chips in our cars and data centers. These chips are what enable Tesla to be the leader in real-world AI. The current version in cars is AI4, we are close to taping out AI5 and are starting work on AI6. Our goal is to bring a new AI chip design to volume production every 12 months. We expect to build chips at higher volumes ultimately than all other AI chips combined. Read that sentence again, as I’m not kidding. These chips will profoundly change the world in positive ways, saving millions of lives due to safer driving and providing advanced medical care to all people via Optimus. Send an email with three bullet points describing evidence of your exceptional ability to [email protected]. We are particularly interested in applying cutting edge AI to chip design. Thanks, Elon
