FWAP now supports FWA V2.
Instead of a flat 0.06 ETH backing, any FWA eligible asset can be deposited to FWAP using FWA's oracle defined backing price.
Assets with higher projected APY will be backed before lower ones (~0.06 ETH is still the optimal backing).
Support for FWA V2 is now live at FWAP.fun
More assets, more flexibility, more fun.
FWAP on 🛟🥤
97.256 ETH raised!
A strong effort, but not enough to purchase a Zombie or take the FWA crown.
You may now withdraw your contributions at fwap.fun/crown
More soon 🛟🥤
The onchain raise for the FWA crown is now live.
Contribute ETH with the goal of purchasing a Zombie Cryptopunk to list in FWA.
Crown tithe and FWA rewards are split between participants, and one contributor could go home with the zombie.
contribute: fwap.fun/crown
FWA ATH in hourly spin volume - please note that the post-harvest FWAPHouseETH / ETH projection on fwap.fun will be artificially inflated until terminal positions are synced (either at the end of the current epoch, or when gas reaches reasonable levels)
Realizing a lot of people did not claim their S1 $FWA from FWAP.
Added a claim button to fwap.fun/migrate, go grab your tokies
Migrate now at fwap.fun/migrate
FWAPHouse is now open for Season 2 at fwap.fun.
If you are a Season 1 depositor, traditional exits have been disabled in favor of a reconciliation contract. You can migrate directly to S2, or withdraw your deposits to your wallet.
S1 had a positive performance of about ~2% (roughly 80% APY). Due to the lagging nature of settled rewards, NAV was not representative of that performance, and instead displayed losses for early depositors.
The migration path allows you to recoup your deposit, and your deserving share of the 2% proceeds. If you're an NFT depositor owing a recap, the migration contract will pay it for you. You are able to claim directly to your wallet, or migrate straight to S2.
S2 improves on S1's NAV shortfall by implementing epoch based entries: new entrants are only admitted after pending rewards settle/claim. This enables more accurate realtime snapshots of pool performance, at the cost of more gas paid by the keeper. Because that gas can meaningfully affect yield, S2 will start with 6hr epochs and slowly lengthen them as the pool grows.
This also means that S2 should not suffer from the immature pool dynamic S1 saw, where strong performance could appear as losses until the pool reached maturity - instead, it should have the potential to profit from the moment it is active.
That being said, FWAPHouse S2 is now open for deposits 🛟🥤
More soon...
Tomorrow FWAPHouse S1 will begin winding down.
The campaign resulted in roughly a 2% gain in ~8 days, which is not reflected by the displayed book.
All current depositors will receive 102% of their originally deposited funds, and can choose to deposit it directly to S2 or receive it to their wallets.
More info tomorrow once everything is deployed.
And a little something else, too.
FWAP on, friends 🛟🥤
