I am begging @NBAonNBC to use the version of Roundball Rock they used on TV broadcasts from 1990-2002 rather than the original long winded track. Like this. @paulsen_smw @WorldWideWob

That possession shows how good the #Blazers will be. Multiple drive threats with a couple of shooters is tough to defend.

Blazers have three drive-kick threats in Ja, Dame, Deni Avdija declined a 3, drove to the rim, unlocked a Toumani Camara catch 3 that forces a Los Angeles timeout with 8:29 left in regulation Trail Blazers lead 111-106. Possession battle even with Lakers coughing it up again

The @Lakers should not wearing purple at home. Stop this madness, @NBA @NikeBasketball. Maybe @MagicJohnson can tweet about this.

I think the NBA needs to space the calendar a bit to ensure no back to backs. We all know 82 games will remain. Also, rule changes. Need to put more defense back in the game. Need to slow down pace a bit. Go back to 24 second shot clock after offensive rebounds.

I am not an injury expert, but I hope the NBA is doing a lot of honest self-assessment with injury experts to determine why this volume of injuries is already occurring.

I haven’t followed Brett Siegel but I always found it funny that @ClutchPoints had an NBA reporter. I do know that Evan Sidery has no sources and is definitely a fraud.

Are you guys watching games or box score watching? Alex Sarr is doing his job defensively, providing passing, and spacing out. Yes, he needs to rebound and show fight there. Give the kid some grace, he just returned to live basketball action a couple weeks ago!

Are the Wizards developing a star or repeating their worst franchise mistakes?

Is Washington wasting its second overall pick?

Paul pierce hops on IG live to address the rumors of him being broke. He said do I look broke. I got checks coming in every week. I only said that so the judge can lower my $40K a month child support. My bm needs to get a job😬 “I’m broke but I got 10 cars and 3 cribs lol”
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Paul Pierce did not say this on IG live or address being broke/child support as claimed. The video is an unrelated May 2025 clip of him ranting about NBA playoffs; court filings show him claiming financial hardship without admitting deception. tmz.com/2026/10/27/pau… tmz.com/2026/07/31/for… x.com/Fullcourtpass/…

Heat are 0-3 at home for the first time since 2007-08 & just the third time in franchise history. Giannis Antetokounmpo has lost 4 straight games to start a season for the first time in his career.
