This was my last DSB season and my last tournament as an active, competitive Splatoon player after 5.5 years since founding @TVA_Spl. You might still see me in one-off tournaments (or as an emergency sub) with TVA once in a while, but most likely not in weekly scrims anymore. ✌🏼
Yesterday our participation in this season‘s @DeutscheSplateV came to a close as we did not reach the playoffs in division 4. The last few DSB weeks were quite turbulent as we were not able to show our full potential and narrowly lost many matches. Still it was a good time. GGs!

When I was visiting family in Sept I almost had a break down when relatives kept giving me unwanted “advice” to just use ChatGPT. I immediately shut them down, listed why I’m against AI but they kept PUSHING and even started laughing at how upset I was getting.. So I get her..

I totally understand her because it just gets to a point. AI Exhaustion is real.
Everywhere you go has AI art on walls, AI posters on streets. So much of what you consume is AI. Your friends show you AI content. Your family can’t tell what is AI.
It’s just…tiring.

* IN DEFENSE OF METROID PRIME 4 CRITIQUE AFTER 150 HOURS AND 100% HARD MODE *
(yes I know desert and crystals and some NPC interaction sucks)
Part 1: Puzzles
- The puzzles are in line with or even better than Prime 1, especially if you go for 100%
Part 2: Psychic abilities & gameplay
- The abilities intertwine and build upon each other; something I think is uniquely done in this title.
Part 3: Story
- The story is rich in great lore and attention to detail, with themes of trauma and fate.
Part 4: Open world
- The open world is simple which I actually enjoy. It’s fun riding on the alien Vi0LA Bike and has kind-of a retro vibe. No pun intended @RetroStudios
The game is also the most beautiful thing to look at too, I could fuck it.
Most of all. I think the game is fun and great :)
Is it just me or does Bottomless Buffet become significantly harder from floors 330 onwards? I‘m kind of stuck whereas before I was able to clear the floors after a few attempts if I needed to. #SplatoonRaiders
