The following is scanner traffic from beginning to end of a Porchlight client that eluded police yesterday, then crashed his car and took off on foot through the swampy marsh areas around lake hills connector
Tuesday 10/27/26
About 9:30 am a BPD officer asked dispatch to run a plate on a vehicle at coal creek and 405, it came back to a registered owner with a misdemeanor warrant, as the officer went to light it up it took off northbound 405
The vehicle registration address came back to Porchlight Men’s Shelter
2001 black Honda Accord CLH8158
The vehicle took the SE 8th exit and the officer followed from a distance quietly, no sirens no lights, as they just wanted to track where he was going but didn’t want him to spook him and have him driving recklessly, they knew he’d elude again
They then said he had bail on his warrants at over $100K for DV Order Violation warrants and a DUI
The police staged at/near the shelter waiting for his arrival, he got onto Lake Hills Connector, the officer was continuing to follow at a distance and then found the car crashed out at Richards Road and the connector, it was unoccupied
An officer on traffic cams saw him jump to the north side of the road and take off running eastbound, they asked for a drone, k-9, set up a perimeter, chatter about the trails and wooded areas
One officer stayed with the vehicle as they organized their next steps and set up a perimeter
About 9:50 am they had a drone up checking the area and trails
Officers went to Kelsey Creek Park as well
They found a hot spot in the middle of a forest between Richards and Lake Hills
They were watching him on the drone going through the marsh, heading north/northeast, officers kept a perimeter and said K9 was on the way, he was stuck in some heavy marsh
Then he was working his way east
Air closed while officers tracked him on foot and with drone
About 10 am K-9 was out working the scent and heading east
About 5 minutes later an officer said they were talking to the suspect, he was trying to come out and they had eyes on him, he was in thick brush
A moment later they took him into custody in the 13200 block of lake hills connector, they asked for aid precautionary west of 134th on the connector
Air reopened

Hey Sarah Dickmeyer, the residents of Bellevue do not want to continue to fund your shitshow of a complex. Not only is it insanely unsafe for your residents, employees and surrounding community… but it’s a DRAIN on our resources.
Don’t ask for money from our budget.
On October 16, 2026, we shared that a resident from Plymouth Crossing Apartments was taken to jail for attempting to intimidate another resident with a large knife near the Walmart. Well, we got the documents and honestly this is not a slam dunk case. This one is tricky, because if you’re eating watermelon with a knife and they say you looked at them in what they felt was a threatening manner, does that mean you committed a weapons violation?
Read this report and let us know your thoughts. At the end of the day obviously people don’t usually bring these knives with them out of the house. Not for protection or to eat while on go. So, why did she bring it?
In the supplemental report Officer Farland does reveal that Victoria Andrews was familiar to them, including from a previous call where she brandished scissors at a victim.
I hope that Metro footage is helpful, otherwise this feels like he said she said.
Victoria, please keep your Chef knifes in your apartment at Plymouth.

We have photos from this incident. I’ll drop a photo of the knife in the comments. Will share more tomorrow.
Plymouth Crossing resident Victoria Andrew’s is currently booked into Score Jail for unlawful carry dangerous weapon after using a knife to intimidate another resident while at Walmart. She got on a bus and fled towards Eastgate. She got off the bus and left on foot. Later a large kitchen knife was found on the bus.

So, Victoria is out here just carrying around a large kitchen knife… she was using it to eat watermelon when she reportedly looked threatening while holding the knife to another Plymouth resident who was also on the bus.
The bus driver confiscated the knife after another rider complained.
She went to jail for this. Not sure they have much of a case though. Will be interesting if they have camera footage from the bus.
This evening Sarah Dickmeyer from Plymouth Housing attended the budget meeting and had the audacity to ask for money. Ask for budget money!?!
Girl, you’re barking up the wrong tree. Have you not been paying attention?

On October 27, 2024, Andrews Glen resident Darryl Johnson walked into the McDonald’s in Factoria. He ordered food, visibly and audibly disturbed he continued to escalate himself. You will see in the video how the employee goes to hand him his food and it drops to the floor. Further upsetting Johnson, he went into a rage. He makes quick movements, paces, but you do not hear what he is saying…
In this video you can see the employee being careless in the way he hands off the bag. Not defending the way Johnson reacts at all, but when dealing with someone who is escalated you really need to slow down and approach with caution. Calmly hand the bag over or set it on the counter. Obviously, fast food workers do not exactly have de-escalation skills unless they have learned it elsewhere, but this is the reality.
We have a bunch of mentally unwell people amongst us. Especially with Imagine Housing bringing unwell people into Factoria. Plymouth/Porchlight/Polaris bringing unwell people into Eastgate/Factoria.
Back to the incident, Johnson was saying things like he was a lawyer and “talking nonsense”. Then after the food dropped, he began tampering with the register. At some point he produced a box cutter. You cannot see the box cutter, but you can see employees retreating to the back of the store. Johnson was holding the box cutter and yelling.
“I’m going to blow it up”
“Today you guys messed up now”
“You f*cking Mexicans, im sick and tired of you”
“You f*cked with the wrong one”
“F*ck all you Mexicans, I will find you no matter where you are”
Officer Taylor arrived and detained Johnson. Fining the box cutter in his pocket. After being read his rights, he shared that the employee threw food at him, then threatened to kill him. He further shared that he pulled out the box cutter in self defense due to the verbal threats. No witnesses mentioned the employees threatening Johnson.
Johnson was arrested and booked into King County Jail for Unlawful Display of a Weapon, Harassment, Hate Crime and Assault in the Fourth Degree.
Three days later Deputy Prosecuting Attorney Yessenia Manzo filed a decline to press charges. Reason being is redacted and unknown. Her supervisor signed off on it and checked the box No where it asks if they contacted the detective.
All that paperwork and effort by BPD to protect the community for you to decline to press charges. Officer Ahrnsbrak planned to refile as misdemeanors instead of felony charges.

We love watching body-cam for a multitude of reasons. You get to see a different side of officers. They’re human. Whether they’re talking guns, cars or fluffy frenchies - we love it!
Gotta say though, K-9 Officer Smith simply cracks us up.

This employee at Plymouth Crossing reveals how the Non-Profit responds to emergencies. Or shall we say, how they don’t respond. They compared the response to emergencies with Plymouth to a similar supportive housing program they work for in Seattle called DESC. The alarming difference in how these supportive housing programs respond when needed really highlight how Plymouth Housing does not prioritize the safety of its residents. They do not care about the risk and harm these tenants pose on the other residents or the surrounding community. In addition to that this employe shared that Plymouth Housing is the only supportive housing program they have worked for that doesn’t allow camera access to employees. Only management can access the archived footage and if you listen you’ll hear an officer share their frustrations surrounding that. Having to wait sometimes until the next day for footage.

The clips in this video show how challenging it is to investigate and charge residents for crimes at Plymouth Crossing. The employee comes off as difficult, but the reality is that the employees at Plymouth Crossing are left scrambling in emergencies. They have no emergency plan, no protocols to pull out and follow. There are screenshots in the footage where you can pause to read if you’d like. What stuck out was a note in a Supplemental Report by Officer Beeler.
“I spoke to (Redacted) briefly regarding contacting an after-hours manager. The after-hours manager was unable to be reached.”

There was an overdose Friday night at SE Eastgate Way and 139th Ave SE just before midnight. Heard an officer respond and give the subject a dose of Narcan. Then they moved on to more calls and no updates were shared over the air.
The Fire dispatch reveals this was in front of Plymouth Crossing. Take a listen.

I’m telling you, Officer Montgomery’s reaction is priceless!
#BellevueWA #Eastgate #PlymouthCrossing #PlymouthHousing
How can BPD continue to claim their data is correct surrounding crime at this housing campus when victims don’t want to be victims? When they don’t want to press charges? How many times did Ibrahim beat up Samuel before he finally said okay I’ll press charges? Did he say six months of this? Did I hear that right?

This is preview of how challenging a felony assault was to investigate at Plymouth Crossing. They walked away without arresting anyone at the end. Plymouth Crossing is a mad house. Who knows how many fights really happened that day.
