Pushed myself hard on this hike with alot of steep rock scramble and hard inclines where I'm hanging on to some branches to get my footing right and to keep climbing.
At the end, it was so worth the view especially since Sedona has a lot of energy vortexes and this specific area had a lot of great energy.
Discovered the subway cave cliff dwelling. Sat down, took it all in and had a much needed time to reflect on everything.
Well worth the 4 hours 💪
