Nearly every defamation suit you see out there clearly won’t advance past the pleadings stage or an anti-SLAPP motion. But, this one is actually well pled and, if true, could reasonably state a defamation case. Scott Jennings continues to be an idiot.

Updated line predictions. Wake is -13.5 against UVA for Halloween: Merrimack -48.5 (? Who knows) At SMU +3.5 At GT -10.5 Duke -9.5 Surprised at the UVA line btw I expected that to be around -10.5. Vegas weighting recent results a little bit more than I am perhaps?
