@LiveNation need help- Cap One says your CEO Michael Rapino is in charge of Cap One and Ticketmaster Taylor Swift presale. Capital One confirmed Ticketmaster incorrectly canceled our presale order. Ticketmaster says no Supervisor is available for 3-5 days.
@Michael_Rapino HELP please- I can’t get anywhere with Ticketmaster. No Supervisors available for 3-5 days and by then it will be too late. Your name is on the contract per Capital One for this contract so thought you could help. I got 6 floor seats through Cap One presale.
I have called TickeMaster and they say there is a 3-5 day wait for a Supervisor to call back to rectify. But by then the public sale will have happened and there won’t be any tickets left. We should be able to get these tickets as it was an error on TicketMasters part.
Where’s the Adverse Event reporting line for an event caused by @AnthemBCBS putting barriers between me and my @dexcom that has been keeping me safe while driving? Health Plans should be responsible for Adverse Events when they happen as a result of their polices.
