“I will lift up the cup of salvation and call on the name of the Lord.” (Ps 116:13)
Every time the priest lifts the Chalice, he contemplates the mystery of a God who pours Himself out in love for us. Humbled to hold Christ’s sacrifice in his hands, words give way to wonder, gratitude, and adoration.
“Offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God.” (Rom 12:1)
Every rep, every sacrifice, every act of discipline can glorify God. Train with purpose. Grind with humility. Use your strength to serve others. Body, mind, and spirit. Fit for the Kingdom! 💪🏼⚔️🙏🏼
What an amazing Homecoming at @StThomasUniv! Grateful for our Bobcat family, alumni, students, faculty & staff! Congrats to all our athletes, especially @STU_Football for a dominant victory! Special shoutout to our 1996 Baseball alumni and Homecoming royalty! Go Bobcats!
“All discipline seems a cause not for joy but for pain, yet later it brings the peaceful fruit of righteousness to those who are trained by it.” (Hebrews 12:11) Stay Fit for the Kingdom!
What an honor to join Fr. Jack Butler, SJ, for his inauguration as the 26th president of @BostonCollege! A friend, colleague, and @StThomasUniv alum, Fr. Jack embodies the Catholic and Jesuit educational mission. Prayers and best wishes as he begins this new chapter. AMDG!
United in prayers for our Holy Father, Pope Leo! May God grant him healing and strength to lead the Church!
Following Pope Leo XIV’s surgery and diagnosis, @StThomasUniv Interim President @fathercapo invites the entire STU family to pray for the Holy Father’s full recovery.
Through the intercession of St. Thomas of Villanova and Our Blessed Mother, we pray for Pope Leo and all those battling cancer and illness. May Christ grant them healing, strength, and hope.
A Prayer for Pope Leo XIV as he undergoes surgery: – Lord Jesus, Good Shepherd, we thank you for Pope Leo to whom You have entrusted the loving care of Your sheep. Grant your guidance and blessing to the medical staff entrusted with his care and good health, swift recovery and peace to our Holy Father, Pope Leo. Amen.
My heart overflows with gratitude! OWhat a blessing to celebrate 30 years of priesthood at @StThomasUniv this Sunday, surrounded by family, brother priests, and so many dear friends! Thank you for 30 years of love, friendship, and prayers! It has all been GRACE! Deo gratias!
30 years of priesthood! The heart of priesthood is to stand at the altar “In persona Christi,” allowing Christ to use my hands, my voice, my life to feed His people. Thirty years ago, I thought I was giving God my life. He gave me far more than I imagined! My answer is still YES! Deo gratias!

2027 will mark an extraordinary commemorative year, which the Pontifical Swiss Guard is preparing for with a conference in Brig, Switzerland, in January, a historical publication, and participation in Zurich’s Spring Festival. In May, celebrations will take place at the Vatican, including light-art performances, the premiere of a film about the Corps, and a pilgrimage. St. Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle. For Christian life is a battle, not against one another, but against all that pulls us from God.
Train the body. Discipline the mind. Strengthen the spirit.
St. Michael, teach us to stand firm and remain faithful to Christ.
“There is only one ‘roadmap,’ which is always the same: to make Jesus Christ known and loved, authentically, passionately, again and again.” – Pope Leo in France, Sept 27, 2026
