Don't know where to host your portfolio? I do recommend Carrd and use the STAR Method to explain your portfolio.
Data Analytics Portfolio Project Write-up Hack: Use the STAR Method (like @FauzanInData did) • Situation • Task • Action • Result Here's a breakdown of the full method, using Fauzan's portfolio as an example:

It doesn’t make any sense. There’s this notion that clients don’t want to pay for work. But if you look at the last post by @JoshBurnsTech, it shows a client going out of their way to increase his rate, because they value Josh so much. Clients pay me a lot to make them funnels! They could go with others, but some clients want the top quality talent that will see projects until the Creatives should very much reconsider @Upwork and see for themselves that they have the ability to connect with great businesses and maintain flexibility. It is highly competitive, and they will have to sell themselves but good work speaks for itself.

Reframing for Resilience One of frequently Q is, what is your roadblock? The most common answer is "I don't know where to start, how to start, or even where to begin." It often stems from a lack of self-confidence and a tendency to give up before even taking the first step.

Remember, my awesome AI-powered webcam? I've got one to give away. To be entered, retweet this and follow @insta360. Good luck, you will enjoy this camera!
I spend much of my time sitting in a room, appearing to talk to my computer. I'm teaching Python and Data Science to professionals around the world. I bought a fancy mirrorless camera in 2020 to ensure my students felt engaged. I've recently replaced it with an @insta360 Link. It has excellent image quality (up to 4k) and has features my mirrorless camera lacks. It has a 3-axis gimbal, so it can point almost anywhere. No fussing to keep it perched on a monitor. But it has more than that. It has AI gesture control to track your face, zoom in/out, focus on your desk, and a whiteboard. (I'm currently remodeling my office, but I'd like to show you how it works in my basement. I'm excited to use it with a real whiteboard when my office is done.) If you are looking to upgrade your office, I recommend it.

A lot of folks ask me how to get good at data science or programming. They also say they have no motivation, money, or direction. Even if I shared my opinion with them, it would do little good. Because they have no skin in the game. You have to commit and put in the hard work otherwise you will never clear the gap. (We are on a little ski vacation for spring break, leaving record storms in Utah to explore Montana and Wyoming. This is my son who finally committed to this jump. his first attempt he was not committed and landed on the "knuckle"- the gap between the launch and the landing.)

When you get a raw data set, you should immediately start looking for ways to create metrics from the raw data. Examples: • profit and sales data → profit ratio • sales and customer data → avg customer sales • website visits and newsletter signup data → conversion rate
