🎓 Another Milestone Achieved! Today, I celebrate my graduation from TS Academy, Hajime Cohort. The experience has strengthened my knowledge of project management, enhanced my practical understanding of project delivery, and provided valuable insights into planning, execution, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and project control. As a Quantity Surveyor, I look forward to applying these additional skills to deliver better outcomes across construction and other projects. Don't just wake up one day and decide to start a construction project without first carrying out a Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA). ✅ The benefits shouldn't be egocentric but ecocentric. 🏞️ Egocentric: Focused on oneself and one's personal interests. Ecocentric: Focused on the well-being of the entire ecosystem, including the neighbourhood, plants, animals, and the natural environment. Build with purpose. Consider the cost. Protect the ecosystem.🌍

Just a few months ago, there was a variation order to build this dwarf concrete blockwall. Now, another variation to break it down, and build up a full wall to contain the sprinkler valves. What a chaotic construction site ! 👀👀
