Born with AS genotype, Life 4:0.

🚨 Why Dolphins Are Not Suitable for Human Consumption
Dolphins are intelligent marine mammals that live in the sea and are known for their friendly behaviour, social relationships, and ability to communicate with one another.
Although dolphins are mammals like cows, goats, and pigs, their meat is generally not considered safe or advisable for human consumption because of health risks, conservation concerns, and ethical reasons.
One major reason is that dolphin meat can contain high levels of harmful substances, particularly mercury and other pollutants. Dolphins are predators that feed on fish and other marine animals. As these pollutants accumulate along the food chain, they can build up in dolphins' bodies over time. Eating contaminated dolphin meat may expose humans to mercury poisoning, which can damage the brain and nervous system, especially in unborn babies and young children.
Another concern is that dolphins are intelligent, social animals that form strong bonds with their families and communicate through complex sounds. Many people believe that killing them for food is ethically troubling because of their intelligence and their important role in marine ecosystems.
Furthermore, some dolphin species face threats from hunting, accidental capture in fishing nets, pollution, and habitat destruction. Killing dolphins for their meat can put additional pressure on vulnerable populations. In many countries, dolphins are protected by law, making their hunting, killing, or trade illegal or strictly regulated.
It is important to clarify that dolphin meat is not biologically inedible: people in some parts of the world have eaten it. However, its potential contamination, conservation implications, and ethical concerns make it an unsuitable food choice. The risks vary depending on the species and location, but avoiding dolphin meat is the safer and more responsible decision.
Conclusion: Dolphins should generally not be eaten because their meat may contain dangerous levels of mercury and other pollutants, and killing them can threaten marine biodiversity. Protecting dolphins helps preserve the health of our oceans and the balance of marine life.
Hunt other meats, leave Dolphins alone.

🇵🇹🗣 Pedro Proença (Portuguese Football Federation President):
“Mr Jorge Jesus will announce the players called up for the national team's next two fixtures. However, we could not let this occasion pass without speaking about our eternal captain, Cristiano Ronaldo.
Our captain announced yesterday that he would be bringing his time with the national team to an end. It is a decision that I, the manager and everyone at the Portuguese Football Federation naturally respect.
I want to begin by expressing, on my own behalf and on behalf of the Portuguese Football Federation, our deepest and everlasting gratitude to Cristiano Ronaldo for everything he has done for us, for the Federation, for the national team and for Portugal.
We all recognise the extraordinary career of the greatest player in the history of Portuguese football.
The way he has honoured our flag and our country makes him much more than an international footballer. Cristiano Ronaldo has been an inspiring leader, an example of dedication and the greatest symbol of the spirit of our national team.
Throughout an unparalleled international career, he made 284 appearances and scored 146 goals. He took Portugal's name to every corner of the world, broke records and led our national team to achievements that will remain part of our history forever.
For more than two decades, he was Portugal's greatest ambassador to the world.
Cristiano demonstrated his love for Portugal every single day, in every drop of sweat and every decisive goal. Every time he wore the captain's armband, he reflected his unconditional love for our shirt and his passion for our country.
He left his mark on all of us through his spirit, commitment, dedication and natural leadership, both on and off the pitch.
He made us all better. He inspired, and continues to inspire, generations of young people who dream of following in his footsteps.
We know that no tribute will ever be enough to thank Cristiano Ronaldo for everything he has done for the national team, for Portuguese football and for Portugal.
And we will do everything we can to honour him. He deserves to be remembered, honoured and celebrated.
But we also know that the best way to pay tribute to him and celebrate his legacy is to honour the greatest inspiration he leaves us with: limitless ambition, the desire to win, always playing to win and never being afraid to be the best in the world.
That is the commitment we all make today: to always play to win, for Portugal.
Thank you for everything, Captain.
This is, and will always be, your home, because Cristiano Ronaldo is more than a player. He is a symbol, our greatest symbol, our eternal captain.”

Imagine surviving a war, making it home against all odds, only to discover that the two people you trusted most have betrayed you.
That’s what makes this scene in Brothers so devastating. Sam isn’t just reacting to the possibility of losing his wife, he’s confronting the fact that while he was away, his own brother became emotionally involved with the woman he left behind.
The betrayal cuts even deeper because it’s happening within his own family. Tobey Maguire captures that mixture of humiliation, rage and heartbreak so convincingly that you almost forget you’re watching a performance.
How do you even begin to rebuild trust when the two people who broke it are your wife and your own brother?

In this conversation, Ice Cube looks back at how quickly everything changed after the group began attracting attention. Even the FBI warning letter became something they saw as an opportunity rather than a reason to back down. Eazy-E, according to Cube, understood how to turn controversy into attention.
But the conversation goes beyond music. When they made Straight Outta Compton, Cube wanted more than a film about famous songs and controversial performances. He wanted to tell a bigger story about brotherhood, ambition, coming from nothing, and facing an industry that wasn't built to welcome them.
One of the most personal parts was discussing his son, O'Shea Jackson Jr., playing him in the film. Cube insisted that his son go through a real audition process. Being his father's son could get him in the room, but it couldn't guarantee him the role. He had to prove he could do it — and he did.
That’s a powerful lesson: opportunity may open the door, but talent and preparation are what help you earn your place.

It looks cheaper from the outside, but the economics are different. You have to reach people individually, move around communities, engage market associations, transport your team, attend to endless requests and sustain those relationships. The little expenses never stop adding up. Retail politics is probably the most effective way to build genuine grassroots connections, but it can be financially draining. You also need to be healthy and mentally prepared

"Reforms are working... Don't worry about all these small small things like food and all... It's the price to pay..."
Meanwhile, dey share Prados and approve more loans on top of our mounting debt.
I woke up this morning thinking about how hard things have become.
We're not living anymore. We're just existing.
Things that should be basic, like food, rent, transport, light and school fees, have become luxuries. You work twice as hard just to prove you're trying, and at the end of the month there's still nothing left to show for it.
Drive through any street and you'll see grown men and women begging. Some of them once had jobs, dreams and dignity. I can't blame them. The system that was meant to protect them failed them.
Every day, prices go up. Every day, we're told to be patient, that the reforms will work, that we should wait a few more years.
But how long can a hungry person wait?
As someone who talks about money every day, this one hurts me the most. I tell people to invest from the little they have. But for millions of Nigerians, that little isn't even enough to survive. You can't invest money that has already been eaten by rent and food before it lands.
Go anywhere in the world and you'll find Nigerians working harder than anyone in the room. We are not lazy. We are not unserious. Life here has just become unfair, and the wealth sits in the hands of a few.
Our brightest minds keep leaving. Doctors, engineers, creatives, builders. They didn't leave because they hate home. They left because home stopped making room for them.
And if you choose to stay and do things the right way, the system frustrates you until it breaks something in you.
To those who benefit from this, who loot what was meant for millions and think it will last forever, remember this. Everything in this life is vanity. The pain you've caused doesn't disappear. One day it comes back to the same table you're eating from.
But I refuse to give up completely. Things can still change if we become intentional and stop accepting this as normal.
The 2027 election is coming. Please, vote with your conscience. Don't sell your vote for a bag of rice and ₦5,000. That money finishes in a day. The suffering lasts four years.
Think about your children. Think about the generation coming after us. They deserve a country that doesn't punish them for being born here.
We deserve better. Nigeria deserves better.
Shalom.
