With the $JUP drop upon us, I have seen a lot of mentions about @MeteoraAG DLMM pool (for good reason). The large volume and volatility will provide the perfect atmosphere for fee collection, but you need to have a strategy in mind if you want to use it to its full capacity.
Below are some single sided strategies you can employ to manage your JUP holdings and collect fees at the same time. You MUST remove your liquidity from the pool if/when your goal is achieved in order to avoid converting back into the less desired asset.
JUP to $10
- HODLing with Diamond hands
- Don’t touch DLMM
Believe JUP pumps hard
- Weighted DCA out of JUP
- Supply JUP in Bid-Ask Strategy; allows for significant price appreciation before exit
Believe JUP price increases but may bounce around
- Linear DCA sell out of JUP
- Supply JUP in Spot strategy; uniformly distributes liquidity across your range and exits linearly on the way to your target
OR
Believe JUP dips after claim but not sure how much
- Linear DCA Buy into JUP
-Supply USDC or SOL in Spot strategy; will uniformly buy the dip for your specified price range
Believe JUP price dumps hard from airdrop sellooors
- Weighted DCA buy into JUP
- Supply USDC or SOL in Bid-Ask strategy; capitalizes on large dips to give lower cost basis entry
There are more exotic ways to use Meteora but these should cover most of the scenarios needed for executing your plan and earning fees in the process. Regardless of the strategy you choose, it should be a fun week for the Solana ecosystem.
Very underrated advice
can't stress this point enough
the single biggest differentiator between those who make it and those who don't is that moment in time when you change from wealth generation (greed) to wealth conservation
if you never change your risk tolerance then you will go to zero at some stage, and if you accept that you will have to change your risk tolerance at some point, then you should map out what that looks like for you
whether it be cashing out xyz or changing to btc / stocks
get a clear vision of what that looks like so you can execute

To provide a counterpoint to some of the negative sentiment on the timeline, we are living in one of the most exciting times of our lives right now
The chaos when the old world starts to fall apart to make room for the new one is THE period of maximum opportunity, especially if you're a resourceful young man
Stability is overrated as the old system was already broken anyways and completely captured by the winners of the previous generation
So embrace disruption
The future is beautiful
Will second this as a fellow unc - yes fiat currencies will continue to inflate away your purchasing power over time but nothing erases purchasing power faster than holding onto 6-7 fig positions of shit like Troll and PayAI
Here’s what you should actually do if you suddenly run up a large amount of money:
You will most likely never see this much money again
Don’t fuck it up
The interest alone, or a few years of compounding is worth far more than you realise. If you’re lucky, you can live off interest alone. $3,000,000 at 5% a year is 150k PA. Even getting to half that amount is 75k PA for literally doing nothing
Lock the majority of the money down first (high yield savings account, no withdrawals, no impulsive spending). Put tax money aside immediately
Clear out every high interest debt and don’t take on new ones. People with 500k net worth are asking me if they should spend 100k on a car. No. Do not do this. I absolutely love supercars, but I drive a Kia Sportage
Build 6–12 months of emergency savings
Buy a home if the numbers make sense (they usually do)
Build a real budget: calculate your annual costs, your net worth, and how much interest you generate each year, are you spending more than you’re earning? Track your costs monthly so you always know where you stand
Once you're grounded put the bulk into long term investments (ETFs, super, index funds)
Keep a small liquid stack for opportunities
Don’t let lifestyle creep drain your future. Just do what you usually do. Clout is worthless
Set up proper tax and wealth structures (trust, company). See a financial advisor for this. They also know how to reduce taxes in ways you never thought possible. Protect yourself, insurance, wills, estate planning, legal structure
Build a long term financial plan and actually stick to it
I'm sure there's a lot more you could add to this list, and please let me know. Being a responsible adult isn’t that glamorous but it keeps you from going back to work
I do not want to go back to work

After 8 years in crypto, I understand that I'm not a fast learner or a "sharp."
I’ve met a lot of incredibly smart traders and usually feel imposter syndrome when talking to them. On paper, I’m as average as it gets. I’ve been wrong more times than I can count, saved from disaster by pure luck and overly bullish to a fault.
But if there’s one industry that’s both brutally unforgiving and strangely generous, it’s crypto.
By simply showing up every day, I’ve managed to achieve more than my wildest dreams.
Luck definitely plays a role but after eight years of being “consistently lucky” there must be something I’m doing right. What I’m trying to say is yes, the game is tilted toward the sharks and top performers.
But there’s still room to make something of yourself for anyone willing to show up everyday, identify the holes in their game and learn from their mistakes.
The doomer will tell you that it's over and the easy money is gone.
But there are opportunities everywhere, it's up to you to find your edge.

Thoughts...
Envy vs Inspiration
Have you noticed how envy always feels rational at first?
It starts as an observation, someone’s doing well, and before you realize it, the observation has turned into judgment.
You begin explaining their success to yourself: they had help, they were early, they got lucky.
It feels analytical, but it isn’t. It’s emotional math.
Envy hides behind fairness.
It doesn’t say, I want what they have.
It says, this doesn’t make sense.
But deep down, it does make sense, you’re looking at proof that someone else turned possibility into reality while you’re still in potential.
That’s the wound envy presses on.
It’s not the success that hurts. It’s the reminder that you could be further along if you had moved sooner, risked more, focused harder. Envy is the shadow of missed conviction.
When you’re envious, your mind builds narratives that defend comfort. You tell yourself you’d be doing the same thing if you had their connections, their capital, their timing.
The “if” keeps you safe from responsibility. It preserves the idea that your stagnation is circumstantial, not self-made.
That’s why envy never leads anywhere.....it protects the ego by rejecting the lesson.
Inspiration does the opposite. It exposes you. It removes the excuses, because it accepts that the other person’s success doesn’t invalidate you....it informs you.
It’s proof of what’s possible inside the same world you occupy.
The mental shift is massive:
Envy asks “why them?”
Inspiration asks “how?”
One question builds resentment, the other builds direction.
The truth is, you can’t feel envy without some part of you wanting what you see. Which means envy is a compass. It points directly at something you desire but haven’t yet built the courage to pursue.
When you treat it as data instead of poison, it becomes one of the most accurate feedback signals you’ll ever have.
Ask yourself what the envy is revealing. Is it independence? Recognition? Momentum? Freedom?
Whatever it is, it’s yours to create.
That’s the unlock, envy only exists where there’s dormant ambition.
The difference between envy and inspiration is practical.
Envy keeps you watching. Inspiration gets you moving. Envy protects identity. Inspiration upgrades it.
The next time someone’s win triggers you, stop before the excuses arrive.
Study it.
Don’t argue with it.
Learn from it.
Every success you envy is proof of what’s available to you when you decide to stop observing and start building.

Scanning axiom. See an awesome narrative launch. Great meme. Really funny. Our voice call of hustlers is lighting up, everyone loves it. We pause our fortnite game to discuss. We all see the vision.
Uh oh, looks like we aren't the only ones. Within seconds the marketcap is skyrocketing without us, I'm getting nervous. 5k. 10k. 20k. FUCK. sidelined. 30k has never hit so quick. I DM the idea to my boy. He's in the voice chat but we can't trust the other 3 people in here. He always hits the cleanest deploys and I know he will be ready.
He notices that the name is slightly ambiguous..I breathe a sigh of relief. We have an angle. Pressure is growing and we have to make a decision now. Do we top blast 40k or do we deploy our own. This ain't new to us. We are calm and collected. There's only one option. Vamp it, Jerry.
He deploys. I quickly scoop 30% of supply, Jerry has 80%. I send the contract to the discord. "What's this? Looks like some bids? Ticker is better imo". 100k is breached faster than you can say the word vamp 200k 300k Absolutely insane runner. I'm using my custom mapped joystick to slam 2% sells every half second.
"Looks like bundle is selling, gonna scoop here" I tell the boys in voice. They agree in unison. It's time to bid this narrative up. Strong bounce. They are saying something about the deployer but I can't hear them, my joystick has cherry browns and the sound of my using hotkeys to sell is too loud. The buys cannot outpace my sells, this is going to end up as a dead cat bounce. We will never break 300k again.
The OG is showing some strength and bouncing back. I don't care, I've just finished the last of my sells. $180k profit. Not bad for the runner of the day. Voice is silent. I suspect many didn't cook as hard as me but game is game. I go to my desktop folder titled "tuff". It contains 30000 anime images. I'm gonna go with dark and mysterious for this one. Yep. That's hard. I update my axiom pnl card and share it to the timeline.
Almost feels inevitable at this point.
