A 9th Laver Cup wrapped up with Team Europe taking the spoils for a 6th time. A weekend i will never ever forget, meeting some of the best people in our industry and seeing how the cogs turn in the TNT Sport machine. Working with Rachel Stringer and Johanna Konta was an absolute pleasure and i cant thank everyone at TNT enough. Getting to also connect with other members of our community on the social media side of it was also special. @showfortennis & Dylan Gee Tennis great to chat to both of them. First accreditation for a tennis event is a huge moment for me, and sitting in the press conferences was fantastic. Hopefully first of many. Tennis updates will resume soon!

Arthur Fery 🇬🇧 is knocked out in Vienna 🇦🇹 6-0,6-2 by a dominant world number one in Zverev 🇩🇪 in the quarter finals. Match up is horrible with Arthur’s serve almost a neutral stand point with Sasha’s return position. Full of confidence the German was comfortable. Onto Paris for Arthur, good week!

Hannah Klugman 🇬🇧 is on fire right now as it’s 8 wins in a row for the 17 year old. She takes out Brockmann 🇩🇪 in the Glasgow 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 75 quarter finals as she takes it 6-3,6-2. Takes on Crawley 🇺🇸 (5) in the semi finals and has a real chance of making another big final. AO qualifying looks very much on the cards at the moment with a couple more wins this season!

Alicia Dudeney 🇬🇧 comes from a set down vs Barthel 🇩🇪 in the Glasgow 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 75 to make the semi finals. She takes it 2-6,6-4,7-6 in a really tight affair. Was 5-3 down in the breaker and came back superbly. Has been winning for fun recently and with this win, will jump into the top 200 for the first time in her career!

Zverev 🇩🇪 in 2 Berrettini 🇮🇹 in 3 Medvedev in 2 Alcaraz 🇪🇸 in 3

One thing I’ve always thought is how the two biggest talents that British tennis have in Draper and Raducanu both are remarkably reserved on social media in terms of their tennis. So few updates on progress from injury or where they will be heading next. Such a struggle to keep up with when we could possibly see them again, but that is the choice of the player on how much to disclose.

Harriet Dart 🇬🇧 is having a week and a half in Guangzhou 🇨🇳 as she makes a second career WTA semi final and a first since Transylvania 🇷🇴 24. She takes out former world number 2 Badosa 🇪🇸 3-6,6-2,6-4 in a mighty effort! Did well to break to win the match after failing to serve it out at 5-3. A week out of nowhere for Harriet after coming through Qs. Up to 106 in the live rankings!

Two good challenger results coming from Asia this morning as Billy Harris 🇬🇧 and Liam Broady 🇬🇧 both make the semi finals of their respective tournaments. Broady makes the Ningbo 🇨🇳 75 SF with a strong 6-1,7-6 win over Delaney 🇦🇺. Served magnificently in the second set and held his nerve superbly in the breaker to ease through! Harris had an easier route with Sakamoto 🇯🇵 having to retire at 3-0 down to hand Billy the SF spot in Seoul 🇰🇷 125.

Fran Jones 🇬🇧 makes yet another 125k quarter final, this time in Curitiba 🇧🇷 with a comfortable 6-4,6-3 win over wild card Souza 🇧🇷. Now cementing her spot back in top 100, she will looking for that AO main draw spot!
