LqSOFA identified children sick at the point of presentation (diagnosis), with Ang-2 helping predict those who would subsequently deteriorate (prognosis). Moving beyond the AUC and evaluating biomarkers within a clinical framework appears critical. More: tinyurl.com/2c2bjz7j
