🇺🇸 FROM BOOTSTRAPPED RESEARCH TO AWARDABLE TECHNOLOGY The past ten months have been the most challenging and rewarding of my life. That’s coming from someone who has torn his Achilles, ACL, and both biceps and rebuilt after setbacks in sports and entertainment. On June 24, 2026, Ocasio Convergence Holdings LLC’s Axiom Convergence Engine (ACE) video submission was Assessed as Awardable in the Tradewinds Solutions Marketplace, a program of the U.S. Department of War’s Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAO). For our bootstrapped Long Island company, this means government users can discover our Awardable video and contact us. If there is a mission fit, their contracting team can pursue an agreement. Where does the knowledge come from? That question has driven a lifetime of research and iteration. Over these ten months, it became a methodology: Reason → Govern → Audit. ACE is our patent-pending, problem-agnostic, model-agnostic architecture for applying that method while keeping sources, context, rules, authority, and evidence connected. Pranay K. Pattani came in as my partner and patent counsel, helping formalize the architecture and prepare our three filed U.S. provisional patent applications.
