Building digital product businesses with organic marketing. In my free time, I like to reverse-engineer other people's businesses and methods...

If you're not using @NousResearch Hermes, you're literally wasting your time and money. I had 500 Instagram posts bookmarked in my niche, I made Hermes, copy me username of all 500 of those video creators, checked their profiles for any profile with an email in their bio, then checked their last 3 videos to see if any were related to my niche, and copy me the links into a notepad. In the past, I would either spend hours doing this all on my own, pay someone to do it, or spend money/time to pay/create a software for it to be done; now it's all done for free by Hermes.

Reddit is one of worst shitholes on the internet, full of deranged fat idiots and dogshit moderators, what a devious place it is..

Most people still have no idea how early this is. They’re buying WordPress themes, CodeCanyon scripts, and hiring developers on Fiverr to fix sites AI can ship in minutes. Last week I built a website and a scraper in 1 hour. Same work used to take me days. Same people are still scrolling Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, and LinkedIn by hand looking for leads. Agents already do that. Grok and Hermes can run outreach, inboxes, research, and socials while you sleep. The edge is more output in less time. Idea and execution still matter. Distribution still matters. But if you’re doing by hand what an agent can run overnight, you’re already behind.

People on Instagram and TikTok dropshipping these children's costumes seem to be making a bank; they're doing such great organic marketing with them that they're getting so many reports/shares..

There's an AI for that is doing 8-14 million visits a month. Official TikTok account: 800 followers. People look at the UGC videos and think “they scaled TikTok.” They didn’t.

Now the part everyone copies wrong. the tiktok/instagram flood. Look up “there’s an ai for that” on TikTok. you get 10 fake accounts and a pile of videos that all do the same 12 seconds: face to camera: “is there an AI for that?” screen record the search box type a weird task react like they found a cheat code cut. Techfren-style clips, selfie clips, “this site feels illegal” clips, “AI made a new type of steel” clips. None of that is brand content. It is a template. They seeded it, paid to boost the ones that hit, and let other creators clone the hook for free because the hook contains the URL.

How it prints money. Three pipes; none of them are subscriptions you have to beg for. - founders pay to get listed/launched. Public pricing sits at $49 for a basic listing and $347 if you want the newsletter push. one-time. 50,000+ tools in the index. you do not need every tool to pay for this to clear 6 figures. - ads on 10 million monthly sessions. They turned AdSense on in month one just to test it. at that traffic, display alone is real money. - the newsletter. They claim 2.5 million subscribers, +100k a month, mostly from the site itself. That’s a media company sitting on top of a search box. Zoom, Notion, and HubSpot have used it. founder said it himself years ago: it’s a media business. submissions + site ads + newsletter sponsors.not saas. Not “AI wrapper.”.

The ugly part, because otherwise this is just another teardown with a bow on it. A chunk of the seo that actually pays is not “ai for productivity.” It’s deepnude, nsfw generator, sex chatbot, rizz app. After people leave the site, one of the next hops that shows up in public traffic data is girlfriend-style chat tools. So yes, millions of visits, 6 figures+ is obvious. Part of that machine is ranking for the queries other AI directories pretend they don’t have. If you’re going to copy the model, be honest about which keywords print.

What is actually copyable: copyable: - own a phrase people already say - turn the phrase into thousands of pages - make ugc that performs the phrase instead of pitching the brand - Charge those who want to list and look to keep the website fully free in every way possible for visitors. - park the audience in a newsletter so you don’t rent TikTok forever With all the new clipping agencies and UGC creators nowadays, distribution with a right angle has never been easier...

If I were building the next version of this, i wouldn’t start another “AI tools” site. I’d pick one sentence a market already uses, build 1,000 pages that answer it, film 50 ugc clips that never show a logo in the first 3 seconds, and sell listings to the people who need those clicks. The site is a catalog. the catalog is not why it won. They made “is there an ai for that” a reflex, then stood underneath it with a form.

That habit is the whole company. They didn’t try to rank for “AI tools.” they built 11,000+ task pages. ai for logos. ai for Minecraft skins. ai for background removal. ai for interior design. ai for rizz. ai for nsfw chat. Each page is a tiny door. Google sends the person who already wants that job done. The directory just taxes the click. Semrush has them around 10 million visits in July 2026. 46% Google organic, 38% direct. That’s not a TikTok business. That’s a programmatic SEO business; TikTok and Instagram just taught people what to search for.

Andrei launched it 2 dec 2022, right as ChatGPT made normal people believe every job had a tool. Week 1: 100K visits. product hunt #1. Reddit another 40k. Most directories die after the launch spike. This one didn’t, because the homepage is not “a list of tools.” it’s a search box for a new habit: “is there an ai for ____”

Day 3: Marketing is 90% of the Work Regardless of whether you created a digital product, an app, a web app, or a service, if you don't know how to market it and how to market it properly, it's going to fail. Even if you create something that is the best on the market out there and, on top of that, is cheaper than everyone else, still, if you don't know how to market it properly, no amount of word of mouth marketing will help you. Don't start creating anything if you don't have a marketing plan, especially a good one, and if you're a beginner, I'd recommend you just copycat the marketing of someone you find in your niche that is already successful.

Parasite SEO is one of the best organic marketing you can do for your product/service. It will cost you a few dollars and some time, but if done properly you can easily scale to 4-5 figs. Create accounts for your product/service on: - Reddit (Get Premium for 5$) - Twitter - Substack - Facebook Profile & Page - Threads - Medium (Get premium for 5$ as well) - YouTube (Post both videos & community) Go onto google keyword planner, look for buy intent keywords people in your niche would search for when they're half ready or fully ready to usbuy your product/services. On all 7 above you can create similar posts with diffirent titles and wording as to rank for diffirent keywords with each. For YouTube, make simple videos with CapCut/Ai/ElevenLabs with your keywords inside it, title and description. If you do it properly, good chances it instantly ranks on top of Google for your keywords. If you get good at keywords research, especially early/mid buy intent keywords and creating articles and everything else properly, you can scale easily without budget.

The reason why I see so many people failing with selling knowledge (Courses, guides, and e-books) is that they don't provide anything of actual value for free. It's going to be extremely hard for you to get sales by advertising a course or an e-book, especially nowadays, if those people don't know you and don't trust you. That's why if you're going to go and do paid ads, or organic ads where you don't provide value first, i'd recommend you go with a free lead that has extremely high value, be it an free e-book or a course, that advertises the paid version of it, as if it's free you will have way more leads than you otherwise wouldn't have. At that time, your leads would be warmed up and way more trusting of you if you gave them incredible value for free to buy the paid version of it, so unless you sell garbage, this is how it works way better; that's if you can provide value. A way better approach is to build an audience on several channels where you'd have followers that would be ready to buy from you from the get-go, be it a Telegram channel, Instagram/TikTok pages, forum profiles, YouTube channel, or anything else, as long as you provide value, you will have a bunch of warmed-up sales. I've sold an e-book for 78$, had a free version of it that I got 5,000 downloads on, which led to around 400 sales of the paid e-book. Later on in 2023, I had a paid e-book that was 188$ and out of those 400 people, 100 bought that second e-book as well; that's how much value and actual quality matter.

Sometimes YouTube would instantly rank up playlists, especially playlists made from old accounts. It still works, what I have done few years ago was making reviews for softwares/hosting companies/vpn companies and similar businesses on YouTube, then using 30 or so dummy accounts to make playlists with my keywords.
How to get dofollow link from Youtube.... Did you know that you can get a Dofollow link from Youtube? Its hard to miss, as its only possible to point to your own playlists.. If you go to the Customization of your channel. Scroll down to where you can insert links. Insert link to your favorite playlist.. This link will be dofollow, and it will help the playlist rank higher in Google... #seo #linkbuilding
