At this point just say you don’t like the MLS. It would save us the time and effort of reading your engagement slop
Cavan Sullivan being named MLS’s top U22 player is deserved.
But watching people use that award as proof he’s a generational talent tells you everything about how American soccer evaluates its prospects.
Being the best young player in MLS and being a generational talent on the world stage are two VERY different things.
Why are we so desperate to skip the part where he actually proves it?
