u missing out on a lot of $$$ if u dont have email flows, calls, etc for declined orders / retrying the order / and sending invoices if it still declined on retries
we have data points on alerts we let ride and not refund about 75% never actually become a chargeback
im sure not every one of these customers cancel their disputes yet they never become a real chargeback
what would be the reasoning for this @dougpayments maybe you can chime in, maybe banks issuing refunds for customers and not filing a real dispute but im sure theres more to this or glitches in the alert system
we do have cancel dispute emails and what not but before that we still saw this as well
delete all ur champ api keys and put them back on once servers on

CoC got their entire database hacked a few days ago. All usernames, emails, passwords, data, etc was leaked for the last couple days. During this time any bad actor could’ve logged in to your account, stolen your subs, broken your campaigns, or did whatever they wanted to!
Checkout champ is now aware of this and they just force reset the entire database (it’s still taking some time so if you can’t login you’ll probably get an email from them soon). Be careful out there and make sure you keep an eye on any suspicious activity
