It's harder to be a woman, non-binary, POC or LBGT creator in Western society than it is being a white hetero dude with the same level of talent, connection and upbringing. It just is. Happy to start the conversation there, but I'm no longer going to debate the starting point.

I don’t really think y'all are ready to have the racial wealth gap conversation. Primarily because we still have so many people that feel that if it’s not raining in their front yard, then rain doesn't exist at all.
