just want to say how much i appreciate this community and every artist building with us
being a solo dev, i've been stretched thin answering everyone and handling requests while building out new infrastructure, I hope no one's felt like I purposely ignored them.
nobody's complained, but i've felt it, and i just needed to say it.
especially to the artists who've been here since the beginning, we will always remember who was here first.
don't worry, we've just been heads down building ๐
so let's talk ๐๏ธ

โข how we're thinking about shielded collections (artists, come through)

โข your ideas, we want to hear them

โ ๏ธ Reminder to @ShieldedNaka fam!
As FP rises, scammers will start targeting holders.
Your shielded vault is derived from your wallet signature. One malicious signature could compromise your Nakas, even inside the vault.
๐ก๏ธ Shield up. Stay safe.
> Never connect to unfamiliar sites or sign suspicious requests.
> Set up fresh vault on @Ord_Dropz, then send your pieces over from the imported one. Each send uses one credit off the piece.
> Use a separate wallet for browsing.
> Trade Nakas only on @Ord_Dropz.
Protect your Nakas, share this with the fam. ๐
โ ๏ธ WARNING. Read this and share it.
We released the full Shielded Nakas documentation. Nakas keep rising in value, so there are going to be people going through those docs looking for ways to rip you off. Nothing is broken and everything is safe, but you need to understand how your vault works.
Your vault is derived from your wallet's signature. Same wallet, same signature, same vault.
If you minted or bought with your normal wallet, that wallet's signature is the key to your vault. So if a fake site gets you to connect that wallet and sign something, they can derive your vault key.
Same security rules as everything else in this space. Signing is the attack.
What they could do with it move your pieces out of your vault, list them, and take any sale proceeds you have not withdrawn yet.
What they cannot do, touch the Bitcoin in your wallet. A signature is not a transaction.
So.. do not connect the wallet that holds your Nakas to any website you have never used or are not familiar with. Do not sign anything you did not ask for.
Even better, make a fresh wallet for browsing and keep the Nakas wallet for Nakas. You can keep using the same wallet, just be smart about where you connect it.
We cannot recover your pieces once they move. Nobody can. That is what private means. Please be responsible.
Sites I can vouch for connecting your wallet to:
1. Ord Dropz @OrdDropz
2. ord.net @ord_net
3. Satflow @Satflow_
4. Ordinals Wallet @ordinalswallet
These are the main ordinal marketplaces and they are safe to connect to. Anything else I cannot vouch for, and that is on you.
To be clear, Shielded Nakas trade on Ord Dropz only. If anyone tells you they are tradable anywhere else, that is false. I will let you know here if other marketplaces integrate the tech.
@ord_net, that is the one exchange I would really like to work with.
Separate service announcement so everyone is aware and on the same page. Share it so every holder sees it. Thank you. ๐
