Day 2 of @OU_Softball camp was a Blast!!! Day 1 post, but I got the chance to complete against some of the best in a HR Derby!!! 11 Bombs in 45 Seconds(15 pitches I think) good enough for the W! π @GassoPatty @coachjro @jtgasso @Sam_Marder @fale_steele @TexasGlory @cedricc07734293 @ExtraInningSB @SoftbalAmerica @PrepSoftball @LineDsoftball

More reps arenβt always the answer. Better reps are.
100 swings with no purpose wonβt beat 30 swings with intent.
Going through drills isnβt development.
Every rep should have a WHY.
What are we trying to feel?
What are we trying to change?
What are we trying to repeat?
Can we take it from the drill into competition?
Elite athletes donβt just collect reps.
They study them, adjust, compete and get better from them.
Donβt confuse being busy with developing.
Be intentional. Own your work. Make the reps matter.
