something i didn't see a lot before Vtubing is other women embracing our flat and petite body types and honestly it is really comforting that is so accepted here. i know there's a lot of feelings about the word loli and I'm not even sure that's what i am but I'm just glad to have a space that accepts me for me.

The customizable vtuber model market has made ppl TOO comfortable w/thinking the artist is some gacha/mobile game corp to be updating them weekly/monthly & giving you dlc for it.
Y'all forgot the core purpose of these is to use them as TEMPORARY models to help build yourself up to then afford your own og design. If you still cant afford a new 2d then pay someone to retexture it for you.
Don't base reasons to purchase a new one just bc its in trend rn or bc "it still gets updates at least" bc that just shows how you don't care for the artists craft and behind the scenes work/time. Some of these artists are top tier hard workers who do things for vtubing corporations and other fine arts so ofc they'll need to put that passion project to the back burner bc its just that a passion project just vtubing is for us or at least me.

i have three of these and this is my take
2wintails best overall style (for my aura) and best base rig but limited by expressions. Good body diversity on the top end for thicker girls but could use a flat chest option.
MOU gorgeous art and face, solid rigging but less bouncy then the other two more facial expressions then 2wintails but less than Moshi. Could use more body diversity and imo the tops/shirts are awkward to customize and could use some more options.
Moshie model has the most customizable look when it comes to all of the models. The face and body is the most diverse of all the models. This model has the most expressions of the three and most outfit combinations with the constant updates. The rigging is bouncy but the face angles can read weirdly at some angles.
My thoughts-I should love to see more from the 2wintails model in clothing and in facial expressions toggles. Moshie has done such an amazing job continuing to work on their model it's hard to not give them first slot. After that, 2&3 are just a toss up of which style you like better.
Vtubing can be lonely when you're too big for some people and too small for others but if you're mad that I'm still growing and you want to be on my level then start fucking climbing
