Campaign promises about removing manufacturer immunity mean absolutely nothing if you don't bring down the PREP Act and the EUA IMMEDIATELY. Leaving these liability shields extended out to June 2027 and 2029 is running out the legal clock on the class of 2021 injuries via expired statutes of limitations. The injured are terminally ill on the ground right now. We cannot wait for a multi-year political process while the system deliberately runs out our legal windows. J6er Andrew Johnson Found GUILTY!
Andrew Johnson and I communicated through 2024 - 2025. I met him in person when I attended his Jan 6th hearing sometime in April 2024. Andrew certainly had issues but I never imagined he was THIS bad.
I don't have much to add for now accept to say my heart goes out to the child victims and their parents. I pray God makes the path to healing a smooth one.
