The symptoms match riboflavin (vitamin B2) deficiency which features seborrhoeic dermatitis and anemia. Rich sources of riboflavin include dairy products, eggs, leafy greens, lean meats, almonds, and fortified cereals.

Ladies, when was the last time you checked your breasts for lumps? A proper breast self examination?

3 important things: 1. For better nutrient retention, steam your vegetables. Boiling or frying can cause a loss of up to 50% of their nutrients. 2. Stretching before going to bed at night is dope. It relaxes your muscles and prevents you from waking up with body pains. 3. Stop using expired condoms. They increase the risk of condom break, causing unwanted pregnancy and STIs. Check the expiry date before you mount.
