Alex Pretti's father: Our son was shot and killed by the government, federal immigration agents, on January 24th, 2026. We learned about his death from the media as we saw him being shot repeatedly in the back after helping a woman from his community. This was not a protest that Alex was at. His hands were in the air, and his face was on the ground when he was executed by ICE agents. We know exactly what our eyes saw. No one from the federal government called us on that day. But they did go on TV to tell lies about Alex. No one has called us since. No one has recanted those lies.
Never forget the Shoah. #NeverAgain

Breaking: Donald Trump was "an active participant in Jeffrey Epstein’s abuse of young women in the mid-to-late 1990s,” according to a report issued today by Dems on the House Judiciary Committee. The report includes one new rape allegation against Trump, and calls for a special investigation of the Trump administration's cover-up of Epstein's crimes.
True or not, it sounds like something Mrs Churchill would say. A powerful woman behind the throne.
There’s an old story about Winston Churchill and his wife, Clementine, walking through the streets of London.
As they strolled, people recognized the famous prime minister, greeted him, and tried to catch his attention.
Then a street sweeper approached. But instead of speaking to Churchill, he struck up a surprisingly warm and familiar conversation with Clementine.
Curious, Churchill asked his wife who the man was.
“Oh, just an old admirer,” she replied. “Many years ago, he was deeply in love with me.”
Churchill smiled and joked:
“Imagine, my dear. If you had married him instead of me, you would be the wife of a street sweeper today.”
Clementine looked at her husband and calmly replied:
“No, Winston. If I had married him, he would be the Prime Minister today.”
Sometimes, the person standing beside a great leader deserves far more credit than history gives them.
So this week we had a red bellied black snake in our pool, a water monitor too, and right now a fly catching huntsman. Australia, not for the faint of heart!
Gay dementia???????? Who knew.
"In multiple rallies, Trump has gone on and on about the relative hotness of male politicians, soldiers, and even protesters. As a result, people on the internet have diagnosed him with a novel medical condition: gay dementia." From @helenlewis:

Let's be clear: Ukraine did not start this war. Russia did.
What American national interest is served by helping an imperial dictator at the expense of a democracy fighting for its survival?

Donald Trump is continuing to shower Vladimir Putin with gifts, while Vladimir Putin is continuing to shower the Ukrainian people with ballistic missiles.

Slava Ukraine. Zelensky is the Churchill of our times.
Arrived in Norway with my team. Important meetings are scheduled: a trilateral with Jonas Gahr Støre and Alex Stubb, a bilateral with Steve Witkoff, and a meeting of all four of us. I will also have an audience with King Haakon VIII of Norway and a meeting with the Storting. We are maintaining all contacts that can help bring peace. We will also discuss strengthening our air defense and joint production. I am grateful to everyone who supports Ukraine and a dignified path to peace.
Trump is tokyo rose.
Q: Zelenskyy says you're on the wrong side of history
TRUMP: What'd you say?
Q: Zelenskyy says you're on the wrong side of history
TRUMP: Zelenskyy doesn't know what he's talking about. Zelenskyy is a man that should've had this war settled a long time ago. It's time for somebody else to negotiate on behalf of Ukraine
