In a PD I was taught that we often see a #student's intensity as a negative, when really it's a strength waiting to be properly cultivated. Argumentative? Future lawyer. Talks a lot? Future communicator/reporter, etc. See each S for their future potential.

Chromebooks have a built-in feature that reads only selected text! So much better/less annoying than enabling ChromeVox(reads entire screen) for sighted #students that need help with #reading.
