Fellow Democrats in Michigan: I urge you not to vote for Abdul El-Sayed.
If we fail to draw a line against anti-American bigotry and hate, this cancer within our party will continue to metastasize.
We can win a Senate majority by supporting the many excellent, patriotic Democratic candidates across the country who share our values. But supporting a toxic candidate who betrays those values would put our party on a path toward its own destruction.
Look at the Green Party of England and Wales and Berlin’s Left Party to see the danger of inviting dangerous extremists into a party in the hope of integrating them into a big tent. Instead of aligning with the parties’ values, these extremists turn the parties into vehicles for inciting hatred, division, and violence.
If we don’t want that future here in the United States, we Democrats must take a stand now against the violent and dangerous extremists in our midst.
Vote for America.
Support the many outstanding Democratic candidates across the nation.
Stand strong and together against the illegality, corruption, and cruelty of the Trump administration.
Oppose the anti-American bigot, Abdul El Sayed.
