We had a brilliant end of term Summer Fun Day with face-painting, glitter tattoos, bubble machines and a bouncy castle! The children also brought in their bikes and scooters for the Benthal Grand Prix! Enjoy the rest of your holiday, we look forward to seeing you in September!

Many year 6 parents and children say goodbye to @BenthalSchool today after a week full of farewell activities. A delicious goodbye lunch was prepared by chef Alex and team ❤️ on Tuesday. #welovebenthalschool #benthalprimary

Another brilliant @BenthalSchool summer fair. I am so proud to be associated with a school with such a great sense of community. And @liz_pellicano’s cupcakes of course! Congrats to @FoBenthal.

Watch the @itvlondon news story when reporter, @SallyWeather visited a Zero Carbon Schools session at the brilliant @BenthalSchool. The children helped to calculate the school's carbon footprint and started to come up with ideas to reduce it! youtube.com/watch?v=XMzE0An6…

The Mayor and Deputy Mayor also spoke with our Prefects; they discussed what they enjoyed learning about and asked our guests some challenging questions too! @mayorofhackney @PhilipGlanville @AnntoinetteBra1 🙂

We had a lovely visit yesterday from the Mayor of Hackney, Philip Glanville and Deputy Mayor, Anntoinette Bramble, who enjoyed a tour of Benthal, and sampled Chef Alex's excellent cooking. The Mayor especially enjoyed the carrots! @AnntoinetteBra1 @mayorofhackney @PhilipGlanville
