Even though it's something I don't really even want to mention!
It's honestly something you don't need to worry about at all..
I'll just work really hard from now on so that plenty of good articles come out!!
Don't get too stressed, and have fun today! Don't look at the internet too much! hehe
Dress warmly! Make sure to eat properly!
Sending you infinite love today as always❤️
Cute Beam~⭐️
[Context: Baekhyun is reassuring fans following this morning's article regarding INB100 listing its artists as joint guarantors for corporate investments. With the court having already suspended CBX's exclusive contract on September 15 due to unpaid earnings and management's breach of trust, the legal standing is already in CBX's favor. Baekhyun is asking fans not to stress or pay too much attention to the news report or internet gossips, assuring them that there is nothing to worry about 🤍]

⚖️ [UPDATE] CBX vs. INB100, Legal Battle Over Exclusive Contract.
• First Trial Postponed:
The first oral argument for CBX's lawsuit against INB100 was moved from today, November 4, to next month (December 2026), following a date change request by the defendant (INB100).
• Why CBX Sued:
CBX notified INB100 of their contract termination in March over unpaid fees and settlements.
Notably, Baekhyun founded INB100 in June 2023, but it later became a subsidiary label when the company "One Hundred" (owned by CEO Cha Ga-won) took it over in May 2024.
• Contract Frozen & Freedom to Work:
After INB100 failed to respond to their termination notice, CBX filed an injunction and a lawsuit on August 18.
The court granted the injunction, citing unpaid settlements and the destruction of mutual trust as grounds for the freeze.
Until the final, first-instance ruling on the lawsuit, the exclusive contract remains frozen, legally prohibiting INB100 from enforcing schedules, signing third-party deals, or interfering with CBX's independent activities.
