Mr. Ed tried to date her and was rightfully turned down, thrice. Amazing what animals can do.
In 1952, a Marine lieutenant bought a small Mongolian mare from a young Korean stable boy for $250. The boy sold her because he needed money to buy an artificial leg for his sister. The Marines named her Reckless, after their recoilless rifle platoon. Her job was to carry heavy ammunition up steep hills to the guns. The Marines trained her to step over barbed wire, lie down under fire, and run into a bunker when shells started falling. She learned fast. She also learned to eat everything: scrambled eggs, pancakes, Coca-Cola, beer, chocolate bars, and once, reportedly, a pile of poker chips. In March 1953, during the Battle for Outpost Vegas, Reckless proved what she was made of. In a single day, she made 51 trips up and down the mountain, mostly alone, carrying thousands of pounds of shells through enemy artillery fire. On the way back down, she often carried wounded Marines. She was hit by shrapnel twice. She kept going. The Marines promoted her to sergeant, then staff sergeant. She was awarded two Purple Hearts. After the war, she came to America, lived at Camp Pendleton, and had foals of her own. Life magazine named her one of America's 100 greatest heroes, alongside people like George Washington and Abraham Lincoln.

🚨BREAKING: It's over. Cloudflare CEO Matthew Prince told Reuters he knows of additional severe vulnerabilities in other pieces of critical software that are currently being patched, beyond the PHP flaws that disrupted government websites this week. Prince predicts busy months ahead as AI surfaces long-hidden weaknesses in the 'fabric of the internet': 'every single week it's going to feel like the sky is falling.'

Finally something we can all relate to. My Wife and I had some intense negotiations on weekly cash payments before she would share a physical space with me or even have sex. We told others we were 'dating' obv though. Ok Ok I'm just kidding, my Wife and I aren't mentally ill.
🚨 Brad Pitt’s girlfriend, Ines de Ramon reportedly opens up on Angelina Jolie trying to ruin her relationship with Brad Pitt: 🗣️ “People think Angelina is a saint and Brad is the devil, but honestly, I think it’s the other way around. I was casually telling Pax recently that Brad promised me $50K weekly before I agreed to date him, and somehow, he went and told Angelina. Ever since then, Angelina has been blowing up my phone, calling me a gold digger and trying to make me look like I’m only with Brad for his money. It’s honestly embarrassing because she doesn’t even know me personally, yet she’s so invested in my relationship. It’s obvious she still hasn’t moved on from Brad because why is she so bothered?”

Makes one wonder why aborted life in the form of a child in the womb is not granted the same luxury of consent that mummies in a display case ostensibly do. This timeline is one I am going to be engaging with selectively whilst having a lovely view from my abode.
🚨NEWS: THIS MIGHT BE THE WOKEST THING I’VE EVER HEARD Glasgow Life has REMOVED the Egyptian Mummies on display at Kelvingrove Art Gallery because the deceased mummies DID NOT CONSENT to be on display I wish I was joking Absolutely true

When I was in the Self-Defense Forces, one of my seniors had a strange habit. Before making any serious decision, he'd go eat curry. Not fancy curry. Just the kind you get in a cafeteria on a metal tray. One night, I asked him why. He took a bite, chewed for a second, then said: "If this still tastes really good, I'm probably fine." Then he looked down at the plate. "If it doesn't, I'm too tired, too angry, or too messed up to trust my own judgment." Then he kept eating like he'd just explained the weather. I laughed. Years later, I think about that rule more often than I'd like to admit.

Grasping this fact about wealth creation will have an incredible impact on your life. In either direction. Be curious and learn about the system you were born into - then liberate yourself from it my Sisters and Brothers.
My parents paid $16,000 for the house I grew up in. It’s now worth $783,000 on Zillow. Sounds like they made a fortune, right? In gold terms, that house cost 450 ounces in 1962. At today’s gold price, it’s worth 250 ounces. The house actually lost value. Politicians get away with robbing working class people blind because most people don’t realize their nominal gains aren’t real gains. They think they’re inflation-adjusted rich, but they’re not.

Step right up boys, she is still single for a reason. Grandma is warning you by scolding her for essentially being poor marriage material. This shows the gap in class, standards and morality over two generations - that's how quick it was to create the la....person on the left.
The grandma is telling that she’s not wifey, don’t ignore the signs

I can’t believe I’m saying this. I like @nbatopshot. I mean I really like it. Working on this weekend’s updated Digital Collectibles Prospectus has helped clarify why—and why most of my Candy collecting is moving to Top Shot and Panini. Top Shot’s collector engagement is outstanding. Whether that’s new or I’m finally paying attention, I’m excited to log in every day. Fast Break gives me a reason to use my collection. Building my Raptors collection gives me something meaningful to chase. Mostly, I’m mad I didn’t collect more. Smaller rookie mint sizes are encouraging. I’d like to see that discipline extend to base supply. Get debut pack pricing right, and I think there’s an opportunity to bring collectors back. The marketplace data is encouraging, too. Active buyer wallets are declining, and that matters. But spending has held up, repeat buying was strong in my research, and the marketplace isn’t relying solely on a handful of big spenders. And the good Moments I want don’t seem to be getting dumped at giveaway prices. Someone sell me a Kawhi Game 7, please. Which brings me to Candy. I still love their collectibles, and I appreciate the effort CEO Tad Smith is putting into the company. I want Candy to succeed. But it’s getting harder to plan future collecting there. Declining interest in Gold and All-Star was already concerning. Returning to collecting strategies that struggled in previous years hasn’t given me much confidence that things will change. The security breach raised bigger questions for me. Candy has outlined how it plans to protect collectibles going forward, but I’m still working out what that means for my confidence in collecting there—and how much control I actually have over the collectibles I’ve purchased. Those questions matter more to my future collecting decisions than the technical fixes alone. I can love the product and still struggle to commit more money to it. And that’s the difference right now. Top Shot has me planning my next purchase. Candy has me questioning whether I should make one. Meanwhile, I’m thinking about my next Fast Break lineup, which pieces of Raptors history belong in my collection, and what that mysterious Monday wheel might mean. I’m engaged. I’m excited. I want to see what happens next. That’s a good place to be as a collector. Don’t worry, @PaniniAmerica. You continue to be great. Updated Digital Collectibles Prospectus grades on Saturday.

Import the 3rd World You are now...........wait for it...... Living in your own 3rd World, of which you will very soon be the minority and lose hundreds or thousands of years of your people's culture in the span of just a decade. Apathy is a real bitch.
🇬🇷 Greece: Beach attendance has fallen off sharply in the past few years, and no one can figure out why. So a news team did a promotion for one local beach in hopes of stirring interest and raising the numbers a bit, but it went bad really fast. Refugees as they're called, robbed Greek beach-enjoyers while they filmed the story. Ripped jewelry right off their necks.

Hahha. These Men will revolt and burn down the buildings. You will be lucky if they do not hunt HR specifically for this type of misery being inflicted upon them (and by extension, the family they are trying to provide for). God I love being a white Male.
At our annual high performers off-site I asked one of our top employees how our culture compared to the company we acquired that he came from... His response: “Night and day. At my old company, performance reviews were scored from 1–100. Because of the DEI team, if you were a man, you automatically lost 15 points. If you were white, you lost another 15.” Imagine starting your performance review at 70/100 simply because you're a white man. But it gets even more absurd. I shared this with a few other employees who joined us through the same acquisition. One confirmed the framework and told me that HR had actually exempted themselves from it so their own compensation increases and performance reviews wouldn't be affected. LOL. So... the people enforcing the rules HR / DEI team made sure those same rules didn't apply to them. And the people administering it knew better than to subject themselves to it.

Brad Pitt reportedly cut ties with his daughter, Zahara Jolie-Pitt, after claiming he had been giving her a $35,000 weekly allowance following his divorce from Angelina Jolie. He also said he provided her with additional money to invest in the entertainment industry, hoping she would eventually build something of her own. According to the claim, Pitt stated: “I have been giving Zahara a $35,000 weekly allowance and gave her money to invest in the entertainment industry, but it seems she is not ready to work. She keeps lavishing the money on expensive cars, jewelry, and partying.”

“As long as Christians cannot build churches and cathedrals in Qatar, there should not be any mosques in Europe. Simple as that,” says Polish MEP Dominik Tarczyński. Tarczyński was responding to Piers Morgan, who also accused the European lawmaker of being a “bigot,” to which Tarczyński responded, “It’s better to be a bigot than a sellout to Qataris and Jihadists.” Qatar has long funded Islamist compounds in Europe, including in Catholic countries such as Poland, while Christians in Qatar face significant restrictions. Qatar has a government-approved religious complex on the outskirts of Doha where churches exist, but exterior crosses and religious statues are strictly prohibited, even on church buildings. Those who proselytize for a religion other than Islam can face up to five years in prison, while operating an organization designed to promote another religion or challenge Islam can carry up to 10 years in prison. The most significant restrictions apply to Muslims who wish to leave the Islamic faith. Under Qatari law, leaving Islam is considered apostasy and is illegal. These are the values that the Qatari state cherishes, which makes its funding of Islamic institutions across Europe and America even more concerning.

🚨BREAKING: A Texas father who beat a man to death after finding him raping his 5-year-old daughter was not charged. The father found Jesus Mora Flores sexually assaulting the little girl after a witness saw the man take her to a remote area. The father ran toward her screams, inflicted blows to the attacker’s head and neck, then called 911 saying the man was dying. A medical exam confirmed the girl had been sexually assaulted. A grand jury declined to indict the father, finding he was legally allowed to use deadly force to protect his child. Prosecutors announced he would face no charges.

Wow... this Man did it to his employees.... Cruel....I feel for the people who work there and were emotionally manipulated and then put through a humiliation ritual (likely with the threat of job loss if they did not attend the ritual).
The Knicks' assistant coaches did not receive their championship rings during Tuesday's ceremony, despite being handed ring boxes, according to league sources. Many longtime employees at Madison Square Garden will not receive rings at all, per team sources. Those employees got their hopes up in late September, when they were sent a fake championship ring offer as part of a phishing test. nyti.ms/4jB0yvR
