As I reported hours ago, Fl谩vio Bolsonaro has arrived safely in United States. The mastermind behind this operation is U.S. Secretary of State @SecRubio . From the United States, free and safe, Fl谩vio will lead the opposition against Lula.

Existing homeowners, Oldllennials with inheritance/family money, affluent Third World diasporoids, people who won a personal injury lawsuit. That's about it, minus the odd business owner or successful professional.
I would like to see an article profiling the buyers who CAN afford the house. There are a lot of people out there who are supporting current price levels by buying the houses at these prices. This would be more interesting that saying "no one" can afford a house.

There's also an emerging group of younger, liquid millionaires (low 7-figures) who don't own a home because it doesn't make sense to buy at these prices. Most are based in coastal California or NYC, where they're still not considered rich.

The majority of home purchases are just Boomers moving to a new house (the first category).

Economics departments at the most prestigious universities in the country will tell you with a straight face that this constitutes production.
I have an old Wells Fargo checking account that I don鈥檛 use much but keep open just in case鈥攐r, rather, I did until I learned that it had been drained by Wells Fargo.

The online job application system is just another class filter they put in place. The upper classes don't apply for jobs, they get recruited. Failing that, they create a startup, siphon VC money, and eventually fall forward into executive roles when they spend it all on oysters.
Silicon Valley faggots should quit inventing another app nobody asked for and work on fixing the online job application system. That shit鈥檚 been completely broken for years

Everything makes sense once you understand the neoliberal "values" of the international bourgeoisie.

The most America A moment I've lived through was during an "icebreaker" in San Francisco. The class was asked to name which historical figure they would meet if it were possible to do so, and a guy from New York raised his noodly arm and said, "Michelle Obama." Everyone clapped.
America A, everyone

It's a tough choice between this and $100,000 truck Sunbelt Hell. I understand why Americans defected to the Soviet Union.

I'm not joking about the oyster part either. I've been to these founder parties.

During the Cultural Revolution, these were some of the rules the middle schooler Red Guards were instituting. They'd set up street checkpoints to impose "revolutionary haircuts" and proletarian dress code

One midwit trap many fail to avoid is the belief that military operations are planned around elections, or that elections matter at all when it comes to the continuity of the geopolitical agenda of the ruling class. That is formulated by think tanks and enacted over decades.

Do I think hostilities resume before the end of the year? Yes. Do I think the elections anywhere in "the West" have anything to do with that? No.

You can actually trade "compute" as an asset class now. Not you specifically, but perhaps coming to a Robinhood account near you in the future.

You never got ahead in America by being smart and working hard. You got ahead by being born into a corrupt diaspora network that through successive generations of lying, cheating, and stealing secured enough wealth and power to bend the political system to its will.
Replying to @bri_guy_ny
It is just near impossible to get ahead in America in 2026 by being smart and working hard. Much better to be born even moderately rich. The value of labor has never been lower and it's getting worse fast.

The ruling class doesn't work hard (they don't "work" at all in a strictly left-wing materialist sense) and they're not particularly smart. America has no history of imperial examination. George Washington was a land speculator and your current President literally ran a casino.
