We’ve been building in silence, but now we’re back: middleware, not middlemen, is the future of asset security.

After having been relayed many conversations between CT enthusiasts and chatgpt regarding patent enforcement, we’ve decided to go cc0 with our favorite IP

For right now, the button is only accessible on the foolproof dashboard via desktop browser.
To use it, head over to dashboard.foolprooflabs.io and click the "increment counter" button at the top of the screen, confirm the seaport version (should be 1.5) and click "increment."
For more context, here's an exchange between @z0age (Head of Protocol Development @opensea) and @sinahab that details the concept of changing the nonce in an interesting conversation about seaport.
(read more: intothebytecode.xyz/0age-sea…)
This new feature calls the incrementCounter function built in to the official Seaport contract.
Calling the function changes your seaport nonce, immediately invalidating any previously approved seaport orders that are awaiting fulfillment (as well as any active listings.)
📖 First, some context:
Like Ethereum, seaport includes a nonce in your txn data which is used to generate your signature.
However, unlike Ethereum, your seaport nonce is static and for most users is set to the default value of "0," making your signature much easier to phish.
GM! We recently updated the FoolProof Dashboard with a new feature to help defend NFT traders and collectors against seaport signature phishing attacks.
It’s completely free to use, users only need to pay gas to execute the transaction.

Good News! We've revamped the FoolProof Token Dashboard!
Version 1.3 now features a single-screen token display for better ease of use.

The account belonging to ColeThereum, @pudgypenguins founder, has been compromised and is sharing links to a confirmed drainer.
Don't click the link. Don't mint $igloo.

Here's a graphic we made a while ago to explain this concept visually.
Thanks for making web3 security cool again @punk6529
